Situated just about halfway between Aransas Pass and central Rockport, all the shops, restaurants, attractions, and amenities are within easy reach, around six miles away. And, just over the Redfish Bay Causeway, you'll find downtown Port A's beach, attractions, and jetty.

At home, start the day with coffee and a stunning sunrise on the covered waterfront balcony, then slip into your swimsuit for a few laps in your pool, just downstairs. If you've got a day on the water planned, the private dock makes access easy.

Inside, the bright, open floor plan combines the living room, dining area, and sleek kitchen. The chef will love whipping up favorite recipes with the help of a full suite of stainless steel appliances - plus a wine fridge - and a vast prep space on the standalone island. Sit down for a meal together at the dining table, grab a quick snack at the island, or dine alfresco on the deck before heading out.

When you return, bask in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer handles any laundry. Keep dinner simple with a cookout on the gas grill downstairs on the patio, where you'll also find another mini-fridge for keeping those beverages cold. Entertainment options inside include five streaming-capable TVs, with one in every bedroom, plus free WiFi and several board games. At the end of the night, each bedroom awaits with brand-new gel memory foam mattress - promising a restful night's sleep - another idyllic day on the water begins tomorrow.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
