The home is perfectly located within a few minutes of I-75, just 15-20 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches like Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach or Longboat Key with a great little beach restaurants and tiki bars. 5 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, 10 minutes UTC Mall, 20 minutes from beautiful downtown of Sarasota. GOLF MEMBERSHIP can be transfer for one month stay or longer. With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car sticker for easier entrance through gate. Extra charge for Golf fee for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes tennis, golf, joga, .... Fee $573 is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.
