Bungalow in the sky you'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guest in your party.

Building is currently in process of some upgrades - paint, drainage, parking lot work. This will not affect any amenities like the pool or tennis courts, but guests should be aware that ladders, extension cords and other equipment could be present. It's going to be beautiful!

Marco Island is a tropical paradise offering amazing beaches, dining close enough to walk to, and a relaxed island vibe. This private condo offers everything you'll need for a relaxing tropical vacation!

Our condo is a lovely one bedroom/one bathroom unit across the street from the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort and the City-maintained paved beach access path that is available 24/7. While not affiliated with the Marriott there are many publicly available businesses at the Marriott, such as restaurants and shopping court.

This condo looks out over the heated swimming pool and tennis court. It is located on the second floor, which is accessible via elevator or stairs. It is detached from the other units, offering no road noise, no shared walls, or noisy elevators. The unit has everything you need to enjoy this tropical paradise including: a kitchen with Corian style counter tops, appliances, a bath with Corian style vanity, tile flooring throughout, furniture, flat panel living room TV, as well as a flat panel bedroom TV both with cable, there is also free WiFi. You will find beach chairs, beach umbrella, a beach cooler, and beach towels. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom that has a double-door walk-in shower with tiled seating. Compare to Marriott's $$$$$+ rates.

Come back after a day at the beach to air-conditioned accommodations. Shower and head to dinner at one of the many restaurants just down the street. Or stay in and cook in the kitchen or use the grill located on the pool deck. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable way to enjoy paradise look no further!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and I have to say this has been my favorite place on Marco so far! The owner is very responsive (even while she was out of the country!) the condo was perfect for us from the mattress to the beach access. Super clean and comfortable. Looking forward to our next anniversary:)

Air will get as cold as you want it. It works great. Kitchen is well equipped. Tina has all the fun things to make your stay enjoyable. Coolers to take to the beach, beach towels, beach chairs, tennis rackets, pickleball paddle and balls, kids sand toys, we left puzzles for those rainy times, laundry basket, full-size ironing board, broom and dust pan, plenty of towels (which I greatly appreciated), ceiling fans in all rooms if you need “more” air, lots of pillows and extra blankets, oh and some sunscreen. There is a nice size dresser if you stay long enough to unpack. If you don’t, there are two luggage racks that you can open up and sit at the end of the bed. Hangers to hang clothes. Bathroom is small, but very nice. Shower works great and is spacious. Right across the street there is the public access to the beach. Very nice bricked walk way. Truly a perfect location. You can walk to lots of things. Tina was very responsive while we were there. I asked her for a couple of good places to eat and boy was she right. She never acted like I was bothering her. I can’t say how pleasant our stay was. And how wonderful a host Tina is. Thank you! I sure hope we get to come back. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location. Photos in listing are accurate. Situated directly across the street from the JW Marriott. Just cross over a pedestrian crosswalk and down a short path to the beach. The rental is perfect for a couple. It’s separate from the main building & is right near the complex pool, which was clean and well kept. This place is a bargain. Decor was cute and relaxing and the bed was comfortable. Tina was easy to deal with and communicated with us throughout the trip. Can’t wait to return.

Great Location and great condo!

This little 1 bedroom condo is perfect for 2 people. It has everything you need for a beach stay on Marco. It is right across the street from the pubic beach access, so it was easy to walk to the beach with all our things. In addition, Tina checked in with us many times just to make sure everything was going well. We really appreciated that. My husband and I would stay here again for sure.

Pure perfection!!!!

I LOVED this cute bungalow!!! Perfect location with EASY BEACH ACCESS!! I couldn't have asked for more!!! The unit was super clean, decorated with that paradise vibe! Had everything i needed, wanted and more!!! Controllable A/C, great kitchen, comfy bed, awesome closet space, beach stuff for use, multiple t.vs, PERFECT LOCATION, fabulous pool and outdoor space!!! Our stay was wonderful! Tina was always available if we needed her for anything. We didn’t - but she always checked in with us. She even left a welcome snack basket when we got there which was very sweet of her. We would definitely stay here again! We had a fantastic and peaceful stay from the 12th to the 23rd May, the property is in a great location for easy walking distance only minutes to Marco Beach and also the close proximity to restaurants. Tina's communication was first class ensuring we had a stress free check in process and kept in touch to see if we needed anything during our stay.The bungalow was clean, quiet and comfortable, as was the whole of the Condo including the heated pool, hopefully we will return soon.

Our new tropical home

This was our second time staying in this condo. Tina has done a lot of updating since our first visit. We'll be making this place our regular home when we visit Marco.We are right next to the pool, which is very clean and not used much at this time of year. The grounds are well kept and the parking lot is freshly painted. The building is directly across from the public beach access pathway.Tina checked on us several times during our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is small but nothing can be done about that. It's very functional. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking but it seems to have most of what you would expect in a vacation condo.There were a couple of beach chairs, an umbrella (I think. We didn't use it.) A beach bag, a shell strainer, some type of racket game, a couple of inflatables, and a small cooler, mostly for drinks. Some pool noodles also. We didn't use most of that stuff but it's there. Some beach towels as well.All in all a very nice unit. If you need the Taj Mahal, go across the street to the Marriot. If you need bang for your buck, this place works for us.
