Yet despite its lively scene, it still has a relaxed, neighborhood feel that makes it an amazing place to live, work, and visit.
I chose this neighborhood because it perfectly represents what South Florida living is all about: a blend of sunshine, diversity, and community spirit. Guests can stroll to cafes, cocktail lounges, and boutiques, or head just a few minutes down the road to Fort Lauderdale’s beaches, Las Olas Boulevard, and the vibrant arts district.
