Welcome to our VRBO home! We are thrilled to have you as our guests and want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to review the following house manual, which includes important information about our property and guidelines for your stay.
Check-in and check-out:
• Check-in time is after 4:00PM and check-out time is by 11:00AM.
• If you need to request an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability and additional price.
• Early check-in: $25
• Late check-out: $25/hour
House Rules:
• No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including on balconies or patios. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty fee of $500.
• No pets: Unfortunately pets are not allowed on this unit. Failure to follow the rules will result in a penalty fee of $500.
• No parties/events: We have a strict no-party and no-event policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Failure to follow the rules will result to a penalty fee of $500.
• Quiet hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 10:00PM to 8:00AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the property is four. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.
• This unit has hard-surface floor and is attached to another guest unit. Please be considerate of noise level leave your shoes at the door or wear soft sole shoes or slippers.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay, and may be charged for the cost of repairs or replacements.
Amenities and Facilities:
• Please treat our home with care and respect, and report any damages or issues immediately.
• Please conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.
• The following additional items are provided by the host for a 7-day supply: The guest needs to replenish on their own for the remainder of their stay.
• Toilet Paper
• Paper Towel
• Dish Soap
• Hand Soap
• Hair shampoo and conditioner
• Body Soap
Safety and Security:
• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure that the main entrance is securely closed at all times.
• For your safety, do not tamper with any security features or emergency equipment in the property.
• In case of emergency dial emergency services (e.g. 911) for immediate assistance.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
• The property will be cleaned before your arrival.
• Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay, and report any spills or damages to avoid permanent stains or further damages.
• Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in designated areas and following any recycling or waste disposal guidelines. Blue/Gray Bin = recycle, Brown=garbage, Green=compost. Trash bins need to be on curbside by Tuesdays' night for Wednesdays' service.
• Guests needs to timely dispose and sort trash properly and not to leave all trash to move out day as we do not have bins large enough to accommodate it. Trash needs to be disposed of in the proper bins otherwise we will charge for the waste management of $45 to sort bins per weekly service and $25 for each excess bag of trash that cannot go into the bins because it is full on checkout day.
