About this space
Bring the whole family and relax in this peaceful residential home with lots of room in Forest. We welcome your entire family and one fur baby! 4 BR, 2 sleeper sofas, 3 baths, 2 kitchens (full on main and efficiency on lower level). 3 dining tables and a bistro and multiple seating areas. Outside boasts plenty of space for large families with a fenced backyard, brand new salt water hot tub, deck with outside dining table/umbrella, hammock, paved area for bonfires and a gas grill.

Area is great but the pictures is much better than the actual property. It is an older 70s house that needs updating. Backyard is not like in the pictures and completely overgrown and unusable. The house itself has mouse traps under a lot of the counters and basement has insect crawling here and there. Britten as a host I do not recommend either.

The home is completely updated as seen in the pictures. The backyard is also just like the posted pictures. There are no pest issues; I’m sorry if we like to be proactive. It’s sad you had to make up all these stories because of your lack of communication. Retaliatory remarks because we would not offer you a refund.

Wonderful home

Our family stayed at this home for thanksgiving holiday. The moment we walked through the door we felt at home. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room to spread out, quiet neighborhood in a beautiful setting. All our needs were anticipated along with friendly and prompt communication from property manager. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Lynchburg retreat

Our family had a nice time at this Lynchburg retreat about 15 minutes from Liberty University. We enjoyed the backyard, hot tub and played a lot of games. The property is as listed in a nice forested neighborhood. We will definitely look to rebooking this house again when in Lynchburg

Mini family reunion

Your property was almost mid way between our families which made it a perfect location. And then when we arrived we realized it was perfect in other ways as well. Plenty of room for all 11 of our family, wonderful and varied activities right here on the property as well as close to other activities nearby. In fact your neighbors entertained us with a great fireworks show. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time.

LU Family Weekend

Location was a little out from campus but not far from my son’s apartment in Forest. Property was very cleaned and well stocked, with coffees, teas, spices, dish soap, TP, and PT. All those things you normally have bring or go out and buy. Hot tub and back deck were great to relax and gather. We had grandparents, mom & dad, two sisters, one BF and still room for my son to come over spin the night with us . Great Family weekend!!

Great house for a family gathering!

This is a great house for a family! We stayed at this house while in town for a wedding. There were 9 of us--4 adults and 5 kids, ages 3 months to 12 years. There was lots of space for everyone. There's a downstairs family room with a tv and large sectional, plus a table and chairs for games or snacks. On the main floor, the living room has a gas fireplace and is comfy and open to the kitchen and dining room. We loved the big flex space at the back of the house right off the kitchen--the kids got to spread out with their toys and do crafts at the table, all without cluttering up the living room. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom with our baby, which worked out great. It was totally quiet down there at nap time, even with 4 kids playing and making noise upstairs. And at night the baby didn't wake the whole house. Plus there is a kitchen downstairs which was convenient for storing her milk and washing her bottles. There is also a full bath on that level. The house was very clean and included some toys for the kids and pack n play for the baby. They also provided a high chair which we didn't happen to need but it's nice that they had it. My husband enjoyed the hot tub. The house has plenty of parking and is in a nice neighborhood with pretty trees. It's about a 2 minute drive to the grocery store and a couple restaurants, and the Target in Lynchburg was a just 15 minute drive. The owner is very nice and responsive! We'd happily stay there again :)
