Great Stay

The home is much bigger than it appears from the outside. Lots of space to move around. Everything is well kept. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing & beautiful property!

I cannot get over how beautiful, clean and cozy this house is! It was perfect for my birthday staycation. I even extended my stay for an extra night, I did not want to leave 😭. Communication with the owners was crystal clear & fast replies. My friends and I are definitely going to be back! The beds are sooo comfortable, I wanted to take it with me! Great location for night life! I can’t wait to come back!!!

Cozy & Perfect for any weather

I chose this beautiful home primarily due to it being close to my daughter but soon found out it was more ideal than expected. It had the front door entrance as well as a private parking area & fenced yard entrance in the back. Being in early January the weather was cold, windy & rainy but with the overhang seating with patio lights it hardly mattered. There was also a gorgeous deck for better weather & an adorable tub type pool! Everything was very clean and well kept. The beds were all comfortable & the master bedroom was stunning with French doors leading out to the overhang seating area outside. The thermostats came in handy with the cold temps. The kitchen is fully equipped with many appliances, including an air fryer! The neighborhood was quiet. We also enjoyed the large tv with sound bar to watch a movie on the cozy sofa & played yatzee & scatagories on the beautiful dining room table with skylight. All the rooms have comfortable seating & ceiling fans! The communication with the host was quick, friendly & helpful. We really liked it and would recommend staying there.

Quick Wedding Weekend

In town for a wedding in St. Pete. Location was ideal for what we had going on. Neighborhood was not super nice but felt pretty safe. There were a LOT of rules for this house but none were a huge inconvenience. If you plan to spend any amount of time at the property there’s only seating for 4 people in living room which was not ideal for our party of 3 couples. Overall stay was good and house was clean though.
