Hey Allison, We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. During the time you were there, Minden was hit by a storm and so lost internet for a couple of hours. We checked with the internet provider as mentioned to you and they told us that the internet was working at home. Our cleaner who went to clean after you left also told us it was working and that the tv was running. We also have a camera outside for the safety of our kayaks and were able to view the video as well, which would have not been possible had there been no internet for a full day. With regards to the AC, we have mentioned in our listing that we do not have have air conditioning. We do have large doors and while a previous guest did rip the mesh a bit, there was another door right next to it with a perfect mesh to keep out the bugs that you could have opened as well. Same for the patio in our bedroom. We also provide extra portable fans in the bedrooms that can be moved around as required. The badminton net is just disassembled and is in perfect condition. We do not leave it on the ground only as they will break if there are any strong winds. We will be sure to check with our cleaner about the bugs and cobwebs and have that situation fixed asap.
