The host was easy to communicate with and prompt in all responses.What a great house for families. Our 4 year old LOVED exploring the house, the property and books. We love the stained glass around the home. We gathered many shells, enjoyed canoeing, the kayak and family time.The Beds were the most comfortable I have had in a VRBO for a long time!The kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for family to do meals without feeling crowded. They even have fun dishes and silverware for kids! We really enjoyed being somewhat secluded at the end of the road. Overall, we had a great time and will plan another visit.

This was the perfect stay for a college reunion weekend! The beds were super comfortable, the towels felt luxurious, and tons of yard games to play! We loved being able to hop in the lake to cool off. It was a great weekend!

Perfect getaway spot!

This lake house is as beautiful as pictured - spotless and provided so many awesome amenities! The hosts were very helpful throughout the whole process. We are very happy with our stay and plan on booking with them again in the future.

Lovely Retreat

Spacious, clean & well appointed 3 bedroom home that was perfect for 3 couples to spend a few days together. Easy access (35 mins from MSP) yet the location was private & secluded enough that you felt like you were further ‘up north’. Highly recommend.

Relaxing on the Lake

The house was great, and the location was perfect. Things were clean and the house was well stocked with everything you could ever need. It was great relaxing on the lake and having the option to head into the cities for activities. It was a perfect long weekend with the family.

Lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here… the house itself is impressive, spacious, comfortable, inviting, etc…. The amenities unparalleled - we had everything we needed for our visit. Additionally, the hosts provide so much - coffee, toiletries, etc. All we needed to bring was the food we wanted to cook! Lots of seating, and activities for all ages. Would highly recommend!!!

nice getaway with family + friends

fun little getaway! easy check in, great communication from hosts, pretty location, plenty to do onsite, and some good day trip and hiking options close by! only real suggestion would be to provide more transparency in pricing. fairly steep cleaning + pet fees, however cleanliness of property on arrival didn’t necessarily reflect. overall, really good experience and would consider returning in the future!

Daughter’s wedding

We had a wonderful time at your cabin! It had everything we needed for our family. We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. The owners were great to work with, responded very quickly, and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We also hosted a small brunch for our family and it had plenty of room for everyone to sit even with torrential downpour outside. Thank you for helping to make our daughter’s wedding wonderful!

FANTASTIC Lake House!!

My family stayed at this beautiful property and we cannot say enough superlatives about it! The owners were lovely and wonderful. Their communication was exemplary before and throughout our stay. Check in was seamless. The house is incredible. Every room was well designed, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The screened in rooms gave us fantastic views of the lake. The appliances were modern and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. My teenage boys loved the pool table, foosball table, and fishing gear. My 82 year old mother enjoyed all parts of the house as well…and took tons of pictures to “show off” to her friends the “fancy” place she stayed. I HIGHLY recommend this gem. It is the nicest property we have rented in many years!!

Linda [grandma 1] ”Saw a rabbit or two, but no Alice 😉, just lots of very curious and fun decor in your comfortable, cozy White Rabbit!!! You provided more amenities than was ever imagined! Loved the big rope hammock among the grove of trees near the lakeshore; a great way to watch the kids splash in the water and fish from the dock and kayaks. Also really enjoyed our “well-built” evening campfire, perfect for toasting marshmallows after one of many absolutely gorgeous sunsets over beautiful Clear Lake. It was a trip to remember!!! Thank you!!!” Jaclyn [mom] “A beautiful, peaceful lake house with a huge backyard for the whole family to enjoy. We felt completely relaxed and worry-free the entire vacation. Very quick to respond to any questions. Every space was clean and had all of the necessities.” Shawn [grandpa] Extremely clean, well maintained, meticulous attention to design detail. Has a warm & homey feel. The large shallow lake area was perfect for small kids. Appliances were newish & worked well. A lot of local family visited & universally commented on how exceptional the property was. There were a shocking number of attention-to-detail conveniences & design touches. There were only 2 minor problems: 1 The internet worked very well when up but went down a few times. Owners were very responsive. 2 There was a wasp nest in the rocks near the shoreline & of course our intrepid 4 year old Koda found it & got stung. His brave auntie Britni got stung 4 times rescuing him.

House was very clean and well stocked with essentials. My family really appreciated the water bottles left in the fridge after a long day of traveling from out of state. Host was great about communicating what we needed to know. It was a very relaxing stay and I would definitely recommend it!
