This stylish home is chic and updated. On a desirable street great for walking. Walk to the Capri, El Rey, Peridot Home, Moe's BBQ & Huntington College. 5 minutes to ASU and Downtown. Off Street Parking. The Living Room with a desk & reading nook is bathed in natural light. The bathroom features modern hexagon theme with tub/shower & TWO vanity areas. A renovated kitchen with Keurig and black details. It is peaceful and spacious with a fantastic backyard with outdoor seating for four.

We live close by and will be happy to meet guests, if you desire. Otherwise you can check in by keypad and we’re available by phone, text, or Airbnb Messenger.

Cloverdale Idlewild is an older neighborhood to with mature trees and walkable parks. Audubon is a dead end road with homes on one side and trees and the other. It is private and peaceful. Walkable locations include: Big Bad Breakfast, Cloverdale Lower Park, El Rey, Capri, Peridot Home, and Moe's BBQ. You can also walk to Frenchies, Pine Bar, Dirks, Vintage Cafe, and Vintage year but thats a little further and part of the walk is up hill.

Super Easy Access! There is a driveway that can park two cars, and two parking pad spaces. Three steps to the door with a brick pathway. There is a Schlage keypad on the front door. The code is sent day of check in. There is a fenced backyard with dining table for four and cafe lights.

Your large oasis awaits in Cloverdale Idlewild. This space is inspired by Los Angeles Boutique hotels. We want you to feel chic and comfortable when you arrive and during your whole stay.

This is a great walking area! Quiet with large mature trees. You are almost at the end of a dead end street.

There is a large living room that has fantastic natural light. You'll find a dining room (Seats 4) for meals and a separate desk space for work.
There is a reading nook that looks over the front yard. Get comfy in the orange chaise lounger.

KITCHEN
Renovated kitchen with essential kitchen supplies. Keurig. French Press. Pot. Pan. Cutting board. Toaster. Microwave.

LAUNDRY
No charge for use of laundry in kitchen.

TVS
The home has 2 smart TVs, you'll need to log into Amazon, Disney+, Apple TV, Hulu, Netflix to use. The TV locations are in the living room and in the pink bedroom.

NOTES
No smoking or storage of buds is allowed inside the property. If you do smoke please dispose of all buds in the exterior trashcan and only smoke outside.

You can walk to Cloverdale Bottom Park and Audubon Park. Easy walk to El Rey, Big Bad Breakfast, and the Capri. You can also walk to Vintage Cafe or La Trattoria but there is a portion that is up hill. Ubers and Lifts are available as well as taxis. Parking is super easy in Montgomery, so getting a rental car is no hassel.

We do allow pets, but there is a nonrefundable fee of $65 per pet for the entire stay. Dogs only.

There are 3 steps to access the front door and three steps to access the backyard.
