Fantastic Stay

This is a wonderful and beautiful place to stay! It was a nice retreat after battling the crowds of historic Hot Springs and had everything you could need to be comfortable. Stephanie is a fantastic host and was communicative, responsive and provided some local tips that we appreciated and took heed of! We would stay here again without hesitation.

A perfect getaway

We rented for three weeks and enjoyed every day we were there. The back deck is the gem of the property as we watched the golfers during the day and the deer in the evenings. Across the road is the Sunset Grill offering delicious meals at affordable pricing. There is even a small bar that seems to draw the golfers.

Perfect HSV Experience

The property is exceptionally clean, fully updated, with beautiful views and an amazing host. My favorite thing about it was waking up and walking out to the porch to sit and enjoy my morning with the great view. I would absolutely rent this property again after this experience.

Spacious with lots of natural light

Windows align the entire west side of the house, bringing the outside indoors. The open concept, earth tones and decor made for a calm and peaceful space. No amenity was missed. It rained throughout the weekend so the big view allowed us to relax and watch the drops fall on the pond. Our friendly hostess made us feel like family. Beautiful layout and accommodations. We look forward to returning and visiting with Stephanie again.

a beautiful home nestled in a gorgeous golf resort

We came up for the weekend and couldn't have been more happy with this house and the hosts. Stephanie was great, she kept in communication, provided things to do around the area, even giving us a call to make sure we made it through the gate okay and to let us know where the best places to eat are and what attractions and events were going on the weekend we were there.

nicely modern

A great and very comfortable property and very newly remodeled it seemed. Would think more for non-children and adults only due to potential breakables? Being "older-65ish", probably more modern/updated than we would have preferred as far as kitchen and furniture but is AN OUTSTANDING PROPERTY and WONDERFUL agent/contact to deal with. Would highly recomend staying here. Lovely sitting on porch watching the golfers go by playing below us.

Gorgeous Condo in newer part of Hot Springs Village

I have been coming to Hot Springs since I was a kid and have been staying in Hot Springs Village for at least 20 years now. This is by far one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The condo is located in the newer section of HSV near golf courses and the marina. Everything is as pictured...love the farmhouse look. There are board games and plenty of books to choose from...as a ministry, the host will even let you take a book home...you just let her know which one you take, so it can be replaced. The host has plenty of local recommendations. We always go the Home Plate and tried the nearby Sunset Grille. Both were very good. We will be staying here again.
