There's space to accommodate a trailer parking at the home and you'll be just around the corner from a public boat ramp with offering convenient access to the Matanzas River. A public park with sports fields and a playground right across the street makes this home a great option for families. Crescent Beach and St. Augustine Beach are both within easy reach and the home is only five miles from the St. Johns County Ocean & Fishing Pier. You'll also be within five miles of the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and Old Town attractions. Golfers can enjoy a causal round nearby at St. Augustine Shores Golf Club. Fort Matanzas National Monument is 15 miles away and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park is only 20 miles from the home.

At home, enjoy the privacy of the fully fenced backyard and fire up the gas grill for family barbecues on the patio.

The updated interior is well-suited for modern comfort and features an open-concept layout designed for group gatherings. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
