This garden home sleeps 7-9 guests with three private bedrooms and three baths. Each bedroom includes its own bathroom for convenience and privacy. A day bed and futon in the screened sunroom offer flexible sleeping options, and the master bedroom includes a child’s convertible chair bed. All sleeping areas include bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and storage with a walk-in closet, closet, or wardrobe.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced backyard invites you to relax in peace. Enjoy the private hot tub, outdoor dining area, and fire pit, or rest in the shaded screened sunroom with garden views. The detached “bubbly bar” provides a lighthearted space to gather, while the patio and greenery offer tranquil corners for reading or quiet conversation.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with a gas stove, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Drip and french press coffee makers, a blender, and a toaster are available, along with a dining table for shared meals. Step outside to use the gas grill for a casual barbecue and enjoy your meal at the outdoor table surrounded by fresh air and mountain views.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, you’ll find central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a gas fireplace for year-round comfort. Entertainment options include a TV, board games, and books, plus WiFi and a dedicated workspace with a laptop stand. A free washer and dryer are provided in-unit, and bathroom essentials such as towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are included.

There is a warbler (small bird) nesting in the paper globe attached to the home. We welcome this and ask to please not disturb:)

There is a futon for your use in the screened porch area, and it is one of the beds in the bed count.
