This home is in a convenient location for groceries, restaurants and Anna Marie Island. The pool, games and backyard were great. The home was very spacious and suited our family well.A downside was that the water pressure could not do more than 1 shower at a time. Overall, a good experience.

The property was awesome, outdoor area was very nice but the pool heater wasn't working properly and that was one of the things we were looking forward too. The house was clean but the furniture is stained, the air vents have a black residue around the vents, and the base boards around the doors need replaced, clearly water damage from probably hurricane. Beds were very comfortable and beach supplies were a great touch.

Hi Mallory, Thank you for your feedback, I will look to address the problems you mentioned above to improve the experience for future guests. The pool heater was a miscommunication, I thought you was asking to allow - readjusting the temperature. The pool was preset to 82-84F with a virtual lock, I couldn’t unlock for guest to adjust remotely. It didn’t occurred to me that the pool heater did not work until much later. Its unfortunate event, I do apologize.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Just 10-15 minutes away from the beach and Ana Maria Island. The house was very clean, well stocked, and the backyard is the best place to hang out. This house is comfortable to host a large group. Our kiddos enjoyed the backyard so much.

Resort like getaway

We had a lovely stay at this vacation home. It was like having our own little holiday resort, perfect for families. The house is gorgeous, modern and clean but the outside space is the reason we booked this house and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely heated pool, kids toys and beach equipment available and the little beach area was really enjoyed by the kids. We hope to return one day!

Family trip

We would definitely stay again. The house was very accommodating for our large family. Very clean, updated, nice furniture, beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was perfect for all ages, pool was clean and back yard was like your own private oasis. Short drive to Anna Marie Island, would recommend leaving early for parking. Parking is limited on the island.

Outdoor oasis

Amazing property, majority of time spent outside. Plenty to do between the pool, beach, ping pong, and cornhole. Kids were entertained all day! Close to the beach and stores. Highly recommend, we'll definitely return! Communication with the owner was great, he responded to everything immediately and was a pleasure to work with.

Family vacation

House was perfect- we had 9 adults and 6 children at ages 2-11. We spent most of the days in the pool and playing ping-pong and cornhole. After the kids went to bed we played the shuffle board game in the living room. Perfect location close to grocery/liquor store(Winn-Dixie). Manatee Beach was only 15 minutes away and super easy to get too. I’m hoping we can all do this again soon. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for priceless memories!!

Great house!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is only 15 minutes to multiple beautiful beaches. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Everyone raved about how comfortable all of beds were. There were 11 of us total, 5 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Large family room that accommodates everyone. The pool and sand area were a hit with the kids. We very much appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. Easy, quick communication with the owner. Definitely recommend this house!

Overall pleasant stay, could use a few improvements.

The rental was overall pleasent for our 15 person group. Plenty of sleeping area as well as lounging area in the living room. Kids all enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and pool. Location was fairly close to beach (aprox. 15 min drive) so that was nice. A couple things that we did have issues with were the water pressure, and outdoor lighting. The kitchen sink had little to no water pressure and there was no outdoor lighting over by the grill area so it made evening grilling a bit of a challenge.

Thank you for staying with us. Greatly appreciated the feedback to help enhance the future guests' stay. The plumber has been arranged to diagnose and fix with the pressure in the kitchen. As far as the lights by the grill concern, it was part of the beach picnic theme designed by the designer to emulate feeling being on the beach. I will look to see how we can improve the future guests experience.

Super fun backyard for the kids and family!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! As soon as we arrived, the kids ran to the back yard to see what our stay had in store for us. They couldn’t contain their excitement! There was a beautiful walkway leading the the rear of the property as well as gorgeous landscaping surrounding the entire perimeter. The sand, grass huts, outdoor games and inground pool did not disappoint! We then had to check out the interior of the house. The new updates and decor were perfect. The house was super clean and very well kept! The property owner was also an absolute pleasure to deal with during the entire process making our stay that much more enjoyable! We would go back again in a heartbeat! It was a trip for the memory books. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your property!

Bradenton vacation home for all ages

Easy booking process. Great communication with host. This house was accomodating for our large family and had alot to do for all ages. A very clean home that is great for large families. My only suggestion is to supply extra sheets and blankets for the bedrooms. The Pool was used alot as well as the corn hole, and shuffleboard game. Sand toys for the liitle ones were appreciated especially since the beachy theme back yard had sand in which the littles ones made many sand castles. Location was great! Grocery stores and other shopping was so convenient! We visited Anna Maria Island and traffic to AMI was not congested! We also visited Bishop Museum of Science and Nature which had things of interest for all ages. Dissapointed that Mixon Fruit Farm is closing because kids loved seeing all the animals and the tram through the orchard was enjoyed by all. Overall great stay and would recommend this rental for large families!

Wonderful home in a quiet and nice neighborhood.

This home is great! Very comfortable rooms, especially the mattresses. King size bed/beds in some of the rooms. Very modern kitchen with plenty of dishes and glasses etc. Good size dining room. The family living room is also quite spacious with a very cool mini elevated shuffle board that our grandkids spent a lot of time playing during “quiet” time. The TV in that room worked well and we did watch some movies. The rooms are a good size and our grandkids liked sleeping in the bunkbeds. The heated pool is large and very well maintained. (2x/week) We all spent a lot of time in it since it was quite hot during our stay. Kids loved it. A/C worked well. Really enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball table situated outdoors not far from the pool. Lots of chairs to relax in poolside and umbrellas. Enjoyed playing cornhole there. Quiet neighborhood with lots of stores, restaurants, supermarkets within a few blocks. Easy drive to local destinations and not that far from Sarasota. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas to take to local beaches which are not far away but do get there early since it gets very crowded by mid-morning. Owner was easy, helpful and pleasant to communicate with and always in a timely manner. He provided a very good binder listing local restaurants, shopping, places of interest etc. We highly recommend this rental.

Very nice place to stay for the weekend only downside is it’s lacking some very basic household needs such as an extra trash bag. And there were a lot more stains on the furniture and mattresses then one would hope to ever see .
