Whether you are looking for a summer or winter escape that is close to hiking, biking, off-roading and golf, our home rental is your home base. Nestled in the foothills of the superstition mountains in a quiet neighborhood removed from the hustle and bustle of city life yet close enough to venture to those areas as desired. The house is located well off the highway toward the Superstition mountains yet only a short drive from the famed Hieroglyphic Trail, <10 mins from the Renaissance Festival, and close to half a dozen golf courses including the Superstition Mountain Golf & Country Club where the LGPA is held. From the house you can venture on mountain bike or off road activities as well as hike. You can also take short drives to many hiking and biking areas including Silly Mountain, Peralta Regional Park, Lost Goldmine Trailhead and Lost Dutchman State Park.

The Property: Welcoming 1776 sq foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a Western vibe. Equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room, internet/WiFi, 4 smart televisions (please note, we do not offer cable or DISH services. You must use your favorite streaming services.) for streaming your favorite programs and a private backyard with a hot tub that looks to the superstition mountains. There is full access to the garage and enough parking for one car in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Perfect for your party of 2 or up to 6. We live at the house during non peak periods and strive to ensure you have everything you need just like your own home. We are always looking to improve so if you identify something the house can use, please let us know.

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed. The master bath has a separate shower stall from the oversized tub. There is a separate toilet room with a door for your privacy. There are two closets for your belongings, large smart television with Roku, and overhead decorative fan.

Guest Bedrooms: The guest bedrooms and guest bath are in its own section away from the Master bedroom. The first guest room is equipped with a King bed, and large television with Roku and dresser.
The second guest bedroom has a Queen Sleigh bed. The closet is set up to accommodate both your folded or hanging clothes. Both rooms have overhead decorative fans and share the guest bathroom outside of each bedroom door. Extra blankets and pillows are in each closet along with hangers and shelves.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with solid oak cabinets and granite countertops, dishwasher, large pantry, dining table for four that expands to six and bar with seating for two. Everything you need to prepare delicious meals is present with bowls, pans and skillets, serving trays, etc. The many appliances include but are not limited to a hand mixer, Insta-pot, air fryer, blender, bullet mixer, toaster, microwave, garbage disposal,regular coffee maker (for those who prefer a pot) or a Keurig (for those who prefer to make coffee by the cup. )

Family Room: Located in the back of the house off the kitchen is a family room with another smart television, couch and oversized recliner chair. Games such as Uno, Blank Slate, cribbage, liars dice etc, can be found in the sideboard under the television. There is a sliding glass door into the back yard.

Back Yard: Views of the Superstition Mountains abound in our spacious back yard with native desert plant life. It is not uncommon to see humming birds and cardinals in addition to the other local wildlife. Fully enclosed with a view fence on the back wall, it backs to a natural wash area so no immediate neighbors behind you and only one neighbor to the side of the house . Enjoy the back patio in the day or evening equipped with a large glass table and chairs and pellet barbecue. The 6-person hot tub looks towards the superstition mountains and has an easy-off cover. At night you can turn on the overhead patio lights for ambiance. The table, chairs and hot tub are all under the covered outdoor patio.

PETS: Looking to bring your furry companion? Pets must be approved in advance and require a separate agreement to be signed.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Small safe community where people are friendly. If you bring an off road vehicle or bike there are trails accessible from the house. All the pictures in this post are from the immediate area.

-This property is not well suited for small children
-Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
-Fireplace is electric but can still get hot. Please do not leave on when not at the house.
-This property features a Google Nest video doorbell with an exterior security camera. The camera does not look toward any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system's motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed.
