The location was great for us. We went to an Arkansas game for the weekend. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The only complaint is the excessive amount of floods lights on the outside of the home that you cannot turn off. It really made it bright inside the home at night.

Nice cozy house for a quick family vacation to NW Arkansas. Fit 6 of us comfortably. The exterior pictures make it look like it’s a bit of a “scary cabin in the woods”. But it’s not. It’s on a big lot with a lot of pine trees right next door to a church. Also, it has a nice new concrete driveway and sidewalk leading to the house that is not shown in the picture. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we enjoyed a fun family game that was provided. The bedrooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was only one TV in the living room, but it was perfect for movie nights. The A/C worked great and kept the whole place cool. The washer and dryer were a big plus—they allowed us to keep our clothes fresh throughout the trip. There’s only one bathroom, but it was clean and nicely maintained. Although there wasn’t a BBQ pit on-site, we borrowed a grill from family and still enjoyed a great cookout. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay—highly recommended!

Wonderful stay

I have stayed in this house multiple times and love it every time. It is comfortable and fits our needs perfectly. There are few improvements that would make this place absolutely perfect, such as more rock in the driveway/bigger sidewalk (it gets a little messy when it rains), full length mirror, coffee or the Keurig, and remotes with full batteries for the hvac and tv/roku

Loved this place!

This place was amazing. We were in town for the Arkansas vs Texas game, and didn’t care to stay in a hotel. It was centrally located between Fayetteville and Bentonville which was also a plus as we are Walmart associates and got to travel a few miles north and see the Walmart home office and museum etc. the place was very clean and in order. It was awesome. Highly recommend.

Great Place To Stay For the University of Arkansas Games

My husband, son, and I stayed at this property to visit our nephew and attend a Razorback football game. We checked in late and had no issues. The house is perfect for a small family like ours. It was very clean and decorated in a fun but not tacky way. We loved the decor. We would have absolutely given this property 5 stars but there are a few things that can make it even better. We had an issue locking the door. There was no documentation on how to lock the door and we ended up pushing too many buttons and then it wouldn't lock. We called the host and he was more than helpful. He responded immediately and even sent us a video of how to lock the door. We were running late for our plans, so we had to leave with the door unlocked. We didn't have anything valuable, but if we did, we would have had to wait and be late for our plans. Feedback would be to include directions in book or send everyone the video instructions in the future. A few other suggestions would be: 1. To put a nightstand on each side of the beds in bedrooms. We all want to be able to put a glass of water or our books down :) 2. Put a plunger in the bathroom. After flushing, the toilet was a little slow to drain, and we couldn't find a plunger to assist. Those are just some suggestions to make the place even better! We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay as we were dropping our daughter at college. It was nice to have enough room to also store the trailer we had to bring on property and not worry about it being stolen. It was great location even though it was a little drive to the college campus. We would stay here again.

Worked perfectly for us!

We came from Ohio with our grandsons to go fishing and visit great grandma and an aunt and uncle. The decor was fun and a little bit funky! Very comfortable house and the location was convenient and easy to get to. We could have used more towels and some serving bowls but we made do and it worked perfectly for us!
