These studios are perfect for guests who enjoy having their own kitchenette for small meals, while still enjoying all the amenities of a resort. Our 25 acre lushly landscaped and jungled property, features 3 pools , one for adults only and 2 others , each uniquely landscaped.

We have large balconies with hand carved table and chairs, and loungers to eat , enjoy morning coffee, and watch the monkeys swing in the trees overhead. Soaking under the stars after a full day of adventure is heavenly. Sloths hang above you, with coatis, toucans and macaws to entertain . At night and early morning, you will hear the roar of the howler monkeys through the jungle. These efficiency studio apartments have 600 sq ft of living space, two queen beds, or a king and double, a spacious ten foot wide balcony with a kitchenette. Refrigerator, cook top, coffee maker, microwave, pots in pans, dishes and utensils for 4 guests. Some of our Studios can be booked side by side, opening the wall bewtween the balconies for a combined living space for 2 couples or families.

There are 3 pools on property, one is ADULT ONLY, with a pool bar and the most spectacular sunsets in Costa Rica. Daily housekeeping, free wifi, bilingual reception desk staff, restaurant on property, free parking, free wifi and still more monkeys than people. We have 5 restaurants to choose from. Anaconda is closest to this area, with 4 others across the street, including the famous AVION. It's a short walk to grocery stores and dozens of other restaurants in town. The white sand beach is a short 10 minute walk
( but uphill on the way home ) On request, we can have you picked up at the beach, when possible.

Taxi's , Uber and the bus stop right at our property to wisk you to the marina , beach or Manuel Antonio National Park. No car needed! Manuel Antonio Park is a 10 min bus or taxi ride away, as is Marina Pez Vela, Zip Lines, RainMaker Park, Monkey Mangrove Tour, Waterfalls, ATV Jungle excursions and the world famous AVION restaurant. The access to the hotel amenities is excellent. The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The pools, poolside bar, and hotel restaurant are special.

This place was amazing! The location was perfect, easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the pools which were wonderful. Our family was comfortable with the undulating hills, and reception even offered rides to their restaurants, which was a nice touch.We loved making breakfast and eating out on the patio while enjoying the wildlife..macaws, monkeys, iguanas, and even toucans made frequent appearances! The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was well set up with everything we needed.While there are no dedicated pool towels, you can use your bath towels and exchange them at reception. We were glad we had brought our own towels, but it wasn’t an issue at all.The staff at the reception desk were incredibly personable and offered great recommendations throughout our stay. We truly can’t wait to come back and plan on returning as soon as possible. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this place. We had so many monkeys visit our unit each day and night. It was awesome. The grounds are beautiful and are so convenient to the beach, restaurants and activities for the family. We will definitely be back.

Stay was great, wildlife awesome. Found out after I got there that I could book this direct and gotten free breakfast for all of us which would have been a savings of 50 a day.We got what we paid for, even more. Location was awesome, couldnt be better.

Awesome spot in Quepo with spectacular views. The resort had quite a few accommodations and we especially enjoyed that the pool had some coverings for shade and that the beach was less than a 15 min walk away. There wasn’t a tub on the deck for our room, but other than that the pictures match up to the space.

They were correct with a statement that there are more monkeys on property than people ;-) very helpful and friendly staff, very well maintained property. You don't need a car, there is a shuttle to the beach and you can walk to the store or restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and we'll be back!

Costa Verde fantastic stay

This is a rental that feels and operates as a hotel. Room was great with a view of the sunset and ocean right from the deck. Staff at the property was wonderful and met every need. Amazing location, nice rooms, and the facilities have a lot of what you will need while there, good path to beach, multiple pools, zip lines, plenty of wildlife. Great spot. Check in was funky as they couldn't find me at first, and figured out they used my email address for my name. Was a great time and location.

This was a spacious rental with a nice deck where you can observe all of the wildlife. The adult pool was under construction the entire time which should have been converyed.

This sprawling jungle property teems with wildlife and is replete with amenities. The room was comfortable and had an amazing porch with sunset views. Seemed like the best on the site! Hotel staff were friendly, informative, and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to relax in nature

We feel so lucky to have discovered this spot for our family vacation. Faith gave us great tips and recommendations for everything, including airport pick up. We had monkeys join us for breakfast on the balcony and the jungle view was full of toucans and howler monkeys. We think we spotted a sloth. Our room had 2 large beds, a kitchenette that really came in handy to feed the kids and keep healthy snacks on hand. We ran from pool to pool, and took turns going to the amazing adults only pool and bar. Gorgeous sunsets, as promised. Perfectly peaceful and hassle free family time. We will return, and telling our friends! Thank you!

Lovely view, but not quite what we expected.

Pros: The ocean view from our unit and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous. Although we didn't use them, the pool areas looked very nice. Although the room was a little dated, it was extremely clean. The location was good with a number of restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of onsite parking. Cons: The studio apartment was not quite what we were expecting. The listing photographs were from another unit, which looked much different from the unit we stayed in. The listing description indicated that we would have a king size bed and an outdoor soaking tub. The unit that we ended up with had two queen size beds and no tub. The unit in the listing photographs had an indoor kitchenette. We ended up with an outdoor one, so we had to be supper careful about food and trash so that we wouldn't inadvertently feed the animals. I brought all this up with the front desk ... they told me that the unit in the photographs was in the adult only section ... we were in the family area ... and that they were unable to move us.
