Park your car(s) in your designated covered parking and let it have a vacation too! You are just across the street from our 11 acre lake (noted in Guinness Book of World Records as the closest freshwater lake to a major body of saltwater!).
You can get an early seat (bring your own) for our Sunday evening free outdoor movies at the lake. Or stroll over for play time with the kids and a relaxing picnic. After a day at the beach or by the pool, relax on your bedroom balcony with your favorite beverage and catch a beautiful sunset over the lake, then stroll over to our famous boardwalk for dinner, drinks and entertainment. On Thursday evenings you will easily be able to enjoy firsthand our fireworks celebration & live music. This condo has just become a vacation rental and everything is new for you! The owners have lovingly looked to the details to make your vacation as comfortable and fun as possible and provided you with a most pleasant atmosphere. There is a Queen in the bedroom, a set of bunks in the alcove and a Queen sofa sleeper in the large living area. Located on the first floor above your parking spot, you will find a covered stairwell, leading to your Sea Renity Now. Bicycle racks are located in the parking area, if you should want to bring yours or rent one. Guests are permitted to use portable grills, and must keep them 10 feet from any structure. All linen are included with your rental, as well as departure maid. Beds can be made prior to your arrival, upon request, for a tiny fee.
Property is Non Smoking and guests are not allowed to bring pets.
Max: Occupancy is 6.
Guests must be 25 years or older or be accompanied by a parent for the duration of the stay.
