It is a very nice clean place with a homey atmosphere. With comfy beds and furnished with whatever you need in the bathrooms and kitchen.We’re not savvy enough to get the tv to work tho. The host was very cordial.

This is the perfect place to stay in Ephraim! It is clean and well maintained. The location is right off the Main Street and within walking distance of nearly everything. The Host is fantastic- very responsive and helpful. You have covered parking space and access to a full gym. It has everything you need!

High quality sheets, stylish decorations and upgraded bathrooms. This is my 2nd time staying here and is was amazing. Comfy beds and luxurious sheets plus great TV options. Nice place. Will stay again.

Home away from home

We booked the property for work at the nearby Snow College. Property had everything we expected and some that we didn't. I will try and book this property again for all future work in Ephraim.

Convenience and comfort

As advertised - very comfortable and clean. It is conveniently located to a number of quick eats, grocery store, and activities. The host was more than accommodating. We let the host know we would have an infant with us and they made sure a high chair and pack n play was available. We also had to add some family to the reservation and the host ensured they were added and that there were enough towels, etc available. Thanks for the great and memorable stay!

Brigham let us know what to expect and answered immediately when we had a question. He was very friendly and helpful. Everything was smooth and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware and included a coffee machine. One very minor item missing was a ladle but we just used one of the big spoons. The wifi was fast and the tv had all the normal apps so we could log in and watch shows. The washer & dryer worked well and it was really nice being able to do laundry. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Listing said this could sleep 7 with (2-king beds, 1-double, 1-futon with an office). The space could sleep 6 with no office. The property was incorrectly listed. However, the owner made accommodation for us at another place to sleep our party. He did the best he could for the circumstances we were in. But this split our party.

Inaccurate Listing.

I don’t usually leave reviews when I’m disappointed, but due to multiple messages from the owner insisting on a five-star rating, I’m choosing to leave an honest one.The unit was clean and generally well-kept. The kitchen was stocked with helpful items, and the bathroom was adequately supplied. However, the listing was misleading.First, the name “Honey Badger House” suggests this is a private home. It’s not. It’s the top floor of an apartment building. Second, the listing claims it sleeps seven. We had four people, each needing a bed. There were only two beds and a very small pullout couch.There were signs, text messages, and VRBO messages from the owner pushing for a five-star review. This was off-putting, especially since communication before check-in was lacking. I had to track down contact info to even receive check-in instructions.Lastly, one of the comforters looked like a dog had slept on it before our arrival. I was OK just taking the comforter off because the overall condition of the unit was very clean and new.Would I stay here again? Probably not. But if you’re fine with an apartment-style unit that has two beds and a couch, it was otherwise a nice place.
