This handicapped accessible home was wonderful and everything we hoped for! We went to Annapolis for a Celebration of Life. My husband is disabled and cannot walk. The ground floor bedroom/bath was everything we needed. The roll in shower made hygiene a breeze. I cannot thank Erik enough for his hospitality and concern for our comfort. He met us with beautiful flowers in the kitchen and when we needed to help other family members with a family dinner, his dining room and large dining table (with table cloths!) made that a delight. The home was clean, well lite and comfortable. The outside views were spectacular at sunset, and easy to see for those who could not walk outside with the large glass doors. There was everything we needed in the laundry room, and the pool table downstairs kept the teenagers happy. Again, thank you Erick for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

An amazing week!

Our family had an awesome time at this fantastic house. Amazing spaces for our kids to play in, from the toy closet downstairs to the kitchen/entertaining space on the first floor. Beautiful sunsets! Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We hope to return soon.

The house is stunning and was immaculately clean when we got there. The kitchen is fully stocked - truly a chef's kitchen, there wasn't a tool I could think of that wasn't there. The host thoughtfully offered some of his herbs up for our cooking as well. Other very thoughtful touches include a crib already set up in the darkest room of the house - a life saver for a family traveling with an infant. The layout of the house made so much sense and the bathrooms all felt spa like, especially the master suite. The billiards table downstairs was a huge hit for evening entertainment before a movie on the large tv with surround sound. The outdoor area was wonderful for enjoying coffee and reading while looking out over the water. We sailed our boat in and kept it at the owner's dock with no issues at all. I was especially grateful that the house is set back on a sleepy dead end road. I took peaceful stroller morning walks each day down the road under the shade from all the old growth trees. I absolutely recommend this property and host without hesitation, especially for a family!

Gorgeous views; fabulous kitchen

Absolutely lovely property with a kind and attentive owner. The kitchen is a cook’s dream with every conceivable kitchen tool, including a stand mixer, food processor and genuinely sharp knives. We hosted family for Thanksgiving here and had no problem preparing the complete feast. Thank you, Erik, for making our holiday so relaxing and memorable!

The Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect getaway for a group of friends to enjoy some time with our three families in Annapolis. The house was absolutely stunning, in a fabulous location, and was well stocked for anything that we could have needed. Sitting on the back porch, enjoying the weather and conversation was better than we could have imagined. When we wanted to step away, the basement downstairs was the perfect get away to entertain the kids while enjoying keeping up with the sports of the day. We'll certainly be back on our next trip!

We recently enjoyed a most memorable Girl’s Reunion Weekend at this incredibly serene and perfect Annapolis getaway gem.It was above and beyond our expectations to the beautiful and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to the stunning architectural details that truly made this property one of a kind.Everything was provided from an amenity standpoint with the extra special touches of 2 kayaks to enjoy the abundant beauty of Church Creek.The owner was beyond welcoming and stayed in touch to ensure we had everything we needed.We will definitely return and can’t recommend this property and its convenience to everything Annapolis highly enough.The pictures are enticing. But this standout property is five stars all the way, from the resort-like feel to the peaceful, relaxing setting that made for our perfect

Beautiful home!

The home was amazing. Great kitchen and living room space on the main floor with water views. Basement space had a nice pool table and a lot of family games for a rainy day. Master suite was incredible with a soaking tub and steam shower, as well as, heated floors. Each bathroom for the other bedrooms had a lot of space and included a soaking tub. The outdoor space was perfect. Decks offer great views and the dock is perfect to relax. Additional margarita porch was a wonderful bonus to sit and enjoy the water views. Owner was responsive and very nice. Location was convenient to everything. Will be returning!

USNA Commissioning 2024!

This stunning home was the perfect backdrop for the wonderful celebration we planned for our daughter (USNA '24) with family, friends and fellow 26th Comp Midshipman. Our host couldn't have been more helpful, caring, supportive, and responsive. The pride and detail with which he cares for this estate is apparent at every turn. We all truly made memories to last a lifetime. The views are breathtaking. The house is a masterpiece. The kitchen is gourmet and designed for entertaining and has everything you need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The huge master suite and ensuite bathroom have incredible water views. The balconies afford beautiful vistas as well. The drive up to the house is impressive and sets the expectation of what's to come. Once you walk through the front door into the main family space, and see the wall of French doors, overlooking the beautiful deck, woods, water and margarita porch, you won't want to leave. It was everything we hoped for and more. GO NAVY! And thank you Erik!
