This gorgeous home also features a convenient new gas grill and access to the community pool for summer fun galore! Don't forget to relax with a favorite movie playing on the flat screen TV or break out a board game in the loft and look out to the lush greenery through the floor to ceiling windows.

UPDATED in the spring of 2023 with new granite countertops, sinks, new dishes, kitchen ware, ALL NEW Stainless steel appliances, new towels, bed sheets, new pots & pans, new 412 multigame arcade, comforters and just had a deep clean so looks & smells great!

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, blackout curtains & a new 42" smart tv, while the second bedroom is perfect for the kids with a full over queen bunk also with a new 42" smart tv. The upstairs game room features a pull out sleeper sofa, LOTS of board games & books, a NEW 412 Game 2 player Multi-arcade along with a NEW 42" smart TV. (All TV'S are smart & are set in "Guest Mode" so you can add/download as many channels as you would like & then on your checkout date the TV will log you out. Just bring your "log In" info if you wish to have access to paid channels/ apps.) A Beautiful mountain view can be seen from our HUGE floor to ceiling windows in our loft & just around the corner we have a cute "Kids Nook" where they can play, sleep, nap, or read quietly. It's a space they can call their own.
