Cozy Downtown Family Home

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Right in the heart of Old Town in Steamboat Springs - tucked away in a family oriented neighborhood just a ten minute walk to downtown. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath family home has seen many updates and recently underwent a massive first floor complete renovation. Enjoy the completely updated, spacious, open concept living room and kitchen. Brand new deck located right off the living room where you can enjoy morning coffee and family meals. On the opposite side of the house you’ll find a more secluded patio for comfortable lounging. Upstairs you’ll find the 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bed features a spacious en suite with stand up shower and stand alone tub. There is a split unit in the primary to provide AC when you need it. (The original windows - while providing great views and sunlight - let in a lot of heat. But the AC does a great job of keeping it cool)There is also a deck off the primary for additional outdoor enjoyment. The second bed has a full size, closet and an ac unit. The third bedroom is a bit funky and could be used as a nice work space - it has a a pull out sofa and can either have a desk or twin size bed (which ever you prefer). It also has a mini kitchen and flat screen smart TV. The Second bath has just been updated with stand up shower, new toilet and new vanity. Some time this year we will be renovating the second floor and adding a garage with new primary suite above - but for now the original second floor is comfortable with nice touches while we await our Reno start. Second floor also has whole house fan which does an excellent job of cooling the second floor in the evenings. We love our neighbors and it’s an amazing friendly neighborhood - lots of long time locals/families so please be respectful and considerate. No late night parties/noise.
