Geräumige Familienunterkunft, bekannt als "The Moorings", im Herzen von Wellfleet. Diese Unterkunft besteht aus einem großen viktorianischen Haupthaus mit klassischer umlaufender Veranda, einem Cottage mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem Cottage mit 2 Schlafzimmern und zwei Studio-Cottages mit Reinigungsservice. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichen Sie den Mayo Beach, den Hafen / Pier und das Main Steret in der Innenstadt im Wellfleet Center. Gehen Sie zu Macs Shack, The Juice, The Pearl, Wicked Oyster, Macs Seafood, dem Bookstore Restaurant, Winslow's Tavern und anderen großartigen Restaurants! Das Anwesen befindet sich auf einem sehr großen Grundstück direkt an einer Salzwasser-Hafeneinfahrt (ideal zum Kajakfahren) und eignet sich ideal für Familientreffen, Hochzeiten, ausgedehnte Familientreffen und / oder gemütliche Privatferien. April’s home is beautiful and very close to downtown Wellfleet, the harbor, and our favorite restaurants (Wellfleet Pearl and The Bookstore Pub!). There was plenty of room for all of our friends and family across the main house and three cottages. The yard was also a beautiful location for celebrating our wedding event. We’re so thankful for April allowing us to welcome our families into her home to celebrate this occasion. She was very communicative and answered our questions promptly. Our only complaint is that we wish we could stay longer!

Property was great for our large (20 people) family stay. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and pans. Great porch. Close to beaches and restaurants. Layout provided ample room to play games, eat, watch TV, or chat.Lots of hot water and pressure. April was very responsive to any questions. Everyone enjoyed the stay very much.Only issue was 3rd party linen service made some but not all the beds. And we were missing a couple of pillowcases and sheets along with a towel.

We stayed at the Moorings with our family and friends for our wedding weekend in Wellfleet. We cannot recommend it enough - we had the most incredible time. The house and cottages are clean, cozy, the view from the property is stunning, the fire pit set up is incredible. Plenty of room for everyone to park. We simply could not have asked for a better place to spend the best weekend of our lives. And thanks to April - such a wonderful and communicative host!

We had a wonderful week at the Moorings with our whole family (18 of us ages 12 to 87)!! Perfect spot for intergenerational bonding. Beautiful spot to just sit and watch the tides. Also walkable to beach, skatepark, tennis courts, and restaurants (and easily driveable too). Lots of great spaces to spread out and also to be together.

The Moorings is fabulous!! We had a large group coming from all over and the smaller cottages made it so accommodating for all of our guests! April, our host, is very communicative making all aspects of the process very manageable. The location and the views are fabulous. We loved being able to walk everywhere in Wellfleet from the house. We were celebrating a birthday and they even decorated for that making it so special. Lots of personal touches. We easily accommodated 18 adult guests. I highly recommend this property!!

We absolutely loved our time at The Moorings. We loved the location, the view was beautiful and it had everything we needed for our stay. It would be nice to have the beds made and fresh towels available but I feel like it’s such a Cape thing to do your own. April recommended a place to rent them, and that worked for our group perfectly, and she was super responsive about everything! We celebrated birthdays and even had a surprise engagement while we were there!!! It was the perfect setting for our 2 families with adult children and significant others and you can’t beat being able to walk to the harbor and into the center of town too! We love Wellfleet and The Moorings!

Great location for bars, shops and restaurants. Property was perfect for large group. Main home is 150 years old, which gives it character, but also means updates are needed.

Fantastic location and setup for a gathering of friends!

We stayed here for a gathering of friends from around the world. It was perfect -- plenty of space, an outstanding location (easy walk to many restaurants as well as the harbor), and all the facilities we needed. We had a great time and would highly recommend it to others wanting to get a large group together.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay, it was our second time renting the house. We loved the beautiful backyard, the fire pit, the spacious wrap-around porch, and the view of the water. The location is amazing, with great restaurants in walking distance. The host was responsive and very helpful. Thank you!

Wellfleet Summer Fun

This is our second year staying here -- we had such a great time last year we all decided to come back! The main house, cottages, and large yard (with beautiful water view) make this the perfect place for a multigenerational vacation. The proximity to beach, shopping, restaurants, and sporting activities cannot be beat. We are already talking about staying again next summer!

Beautiful Wellfleet

Awesome location for multigenerational vacation! Quiet backyard with beautiful views and room for lawn games. Cottages are adorable and big house has room for large family dinners. Walkable to shops, food, and boating. How could you not have fun and love this spot!

Beautiful seaside victorian home provided the perfect location for friends to gather, reconnect, and enjoy everything that Wellfleet has to offer. The Moorings is large, comfortable, well stocked, and in the heart of the village for dinning, music, shopping, kayaking and just relaxing by the water. Can’t wait to return next year!

Wonderful property!

Ideal location, lots of space for sleeping, swimming, paddle boarding, campfires, and just rocking on the front porch. Owner was very accessible and made sure, in advance. we knew what we needed to bring. You won’t be disappointed, it was great!

I have spent summers in Wellfleet since I was a young child. I always admired The Moorings and when I had the chance to purchase it as an adult, I jumped on the opportunity! We have had so many gatherings of friends and family. It is the perfect gathering spot in the best location in Wellfleet. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

Walk to all the local restaurants and bars. Walk to the pier to enjoy a meal or ice cream with a view of the Wellfleet Harbor. Walk to and swim at Mayo Beach. Walk to the Tennis Courts and Recreation Center. Walk to the center of town for shopping, restaurants and art galleries. Close proximity (quick drive or bike ride) to the ocean beaches and kettle ponds. 20 minutes to Provincetown. Main house and cottages set up allows multiple families and friends to share a vacation property but have their own space at the same time. Large central yard to gather for meals or chilling by the fire pit.
