The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a quick meal or for large family meals. You will love the beautiful granite countertops against the dark cabinets. In addition to full size appliances throughout the kitchen, there are small kitchen appliances including a traditional coffee maker, blender and toaster ready for your use! The dining table seats 4 and the breakfast bar holds 2 bar stools.

The living room features a large sectional, flat screen TV, vaulted ceiling and private patio access. The patio balcony includes seating and overlooks the resort pool and spa areas!

* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

UPON BOOKING, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE:
- Identification in the form of Driver’s License
- ID selfie. When paying by credit card, confirmation that the booker is in position of and authorized card user.
- The names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property
- Signed rental agreement

We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. All of these items must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
