Coastal Botanical Suite

This unique coastal suite has a style all its own. Overlooks the botanical garden. Brand new renovations, complete overhaul. One bedroom separate/private space with bathroom, kitchen, living room, large windows. Fresh, clean, and cozy!

Please see House Manual and House Rules prior to booking. The space has a shared back yard and laundry is available *on request* with priority given to cleaners and residents.

Any long-term stays (over 2 days) we cannot offer a refund after booking.
HOUSE RULES

1. NO SMOKING, VAPING, PARTIES OR EVENTS

Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. Evidence may result in a $300 charge, additional remediation costs, and cancellation.

Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are prohibited. A violation may result in a $500 charge and cancellation.

2. PETS REQUIRE ADVANCE APPROVAL

Pets must be disclosed, approved before arrival, and included in the reservation. Please provide the type, number, and any relevant behavioral information because portions of the property are shared.

Pets may not be left unattended without approval, allowed on beds, left loose in shared areas, or permitted to disturb other occupants.

Immediately pick up and securely bag pet waste for disposal in the outside garbage bin. Report accidents, clean up excessive fur, and please bring a lint roller.

An undisclosed or unauthorized pet may result in a $300 charge and cancellation.

3. GUESTS & QUIET HOURS

Maximum occupancy is 2 unless approved in writing. All overnight occupants must be included in the reservation, and visitors require advance approval. The booking guest is responsible for everyone allowed onto the property.

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Please keep voices, television, music, doors, and other noise at a considerate level.

4. CARE OF THE HOME

• Wash used dishes and dispose of food properly.
• Wipe dirt and debris from shoes outside.
• Flush toilet paper only.
• Remove hair from the shower walls, basin, and drain.
• Do not move furniture outside or remove property, linens, towels, supplies, or décor.
• Do not use personal space heaters, candles, incense, or open flames.
• Do not enter restricted areas or tamper with locks, cameras, detectors, or safety equipment.
• Report spills, stains, accidents, broken items, or damage promptly.

5. SHARED AREAS & SECURITY

The backyard and garage laundry area are shared. Laundry use requires approval, with priority given to the cleaning team.

Do not share your entry code or lock the bottom handle lock on the shared-access door, as it may lock out other authorized occupants.

6. PARKING & GARBAGE

A maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted unless approved otherwise. Park only in the designated areas and keep the alley, garage, neighboring properties, and driveways accessible.

Place household garbage and securely bagged pet waste in the designated outside garbage bin.

7. DAMAGE & ADDITIONAL COSTS

The booking guest is responsible for damage, missing property, excessive cleaning, repairs, replacement, remediation, lost booking income, or other applicable costs caused by the guest, members of the reservation, visitors, or animals.

The $300 and $500 rule-violation charges do not limit responsibility for actual costs. Payment requests will be submitted through the applicable booking platform.
