Please note that only registered guests can use the common areas (gym and pool). Visitors are allowed in the unit, after signing-in at the main lobby.

Other details to know
All listed amenities including the condo and rooftop pool are available and fully equipped for your pleasure. Please note that other amenities such as the sauna are currently under development.

All drinks and food consumed at the pool must be purchased from the rooftop bar and restaurant, any violation of this rule will result in a fine equivalent to $500 dollars.

Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

The building is close to a main road, so there may be occasional traffic noise.

Good for a couple

Major complain: I booked this place to have access to a pool where I could eat/drink what I wanted, access at my leisure and it turns out you can’t even bring water to the pool. You have to buy drinks/food from their *very* overpriced menu. This was very frustrating. If they don’t sell something or are out of something on the menu, too bad. For the apartment: I didn’t realize from the listing that the living room and second bedroom are one and the same. It’s kind of awkward. The couch is not very comfortable and is too small to relax in, it’s for sitting, but there’s no coffee table, which is interesting. There is no dining table, either just a bar. The balcony is awesome. The primary bedroom and bathroom are also great. The kitchen is good but barely equipped, no spatula, no basics (olive oil, salt/pep, creamer), etc. There was coffee and tea. Lastly, getting to town is easy good area and walking distance to everything, easy to get a taxi, etc.

I’m only giving this property a 3 star review mainly because of the ridiculous pool rules and location I thought that staying on the 10th floor would be a bit quieter but the traffic noise was extremely loud. The road was very busy and quite difficult to cross. The unit itself was very new/nice. Nothing really high end but the view was amazing. Nice comfortable outdoor seating. The pool atmosphere and rules were not something we have ever encountered while staying in a condo. The music was very loud and no outside food or drinks are aloud on the rooftop area at all. Not even a bottle of water. They are only available for purchase. One day I took my own thermal cup to put my purchased drink in to keep cold and I was told to put it away in my bag or leave. We have stayed in many condos in this area and have never encountered this before. It is run like a hotel. We were even required to wear wristbands. The pool itself was ice cold as other reviewers have mentioned. The management company was very good. Communication and checkin process was very easy I just wish that we had known about the pool rules prior to booking because I would have booked somewhere else had I known this.
