Beach N Place ist der Ort, an dem Sie Ihre Flip-Flops ablegen und am Sandstrand des Meeres von Cortez in Puerto Penasco, Mexiko, auch bekannt als Rocky Point, entspannen können. Cortez 1006 ist eine 1632 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern im 10. Stock in Phase II der Las Palomas Seaside Golf Community. Wir haben kürzlich einen Schlafraum mit zwei Etagenbetten mit jeweils eigenem Wandfernseher hinzugefügt! Die Wohnung verfügt über eine übergroße 430 Quadratmeter große Terrasse mit 40 Fuß Fassade und herrlichem Blick auf das Meer von Cortez, mit Blick auf den Gemeinschaftsbereich mit einem Strömungskanal, Whirlpool und Infinity-Pool mit Bar im Pool. Neu eingebauter elektrischer Grill und Sitzgelegenheiten in der Bar auf der Terrasse!

Die Wohnung ist mit modernen Möbeln von Z Gallerie eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen an der Wand montierten 50-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher und ein definitives Surround-Soundsystem für DVDs. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Wandfernsehern und iPod-Docking-Weckern ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, um alle Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, die Sie zubereiten möchten. Vielleicht möchten Sie jedoch das Las Palomas 4 Diamond Restaurant Citron probieren oder in ungezwungener Atmosphäre am Pool oder an der Poolbar speisen.
Der Schlafraum verfügt über speziell angefertigte Etagenbetten mit genügend Kopffreiheit, damit ein Erwachsener im Bett sitzen kann. Jedes Bett hat einen eigenen LCD-Fernseher!

My family and I had the best time at this property! The view was gorgeous, we had everything we needed, it was very clean and well-maintained. We didn’t even leave the resort because my family and I had the best time at the pool and the beach. Brock was an awesome host and we can’t wait to visit again!

Great condo! Enjoyed our stay and would go again!

Took our family here, it was a wonderful condo. Had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean, located near the elevators which is helpful with all the beach items we wanted to take down! Close to everything and the owner was very responsive. Easy check, will most likely be booking again!

Great place to spend the 4th

We spent the 4th of July at this property! It was spacious and very comfortable for our party of 6…including 4 teenagers! The view from the balcony for the fireworks/ocean was absolutely fabulous! Loved the outdoor bar and seating area, too! We only had a minor housekeeping issue during our stay! Once I notified Brock, he was very attentive and expeditiously had the problem remedied! We would definitely recommend this place and plan to return in the future! Thanks again!

Great property and convenient location

Overall great condo and owner. We stayed for a quick trip but loved the location of this property and the condo specifically. Beautiful views of the ocean. Great beach setup for guests. Easy to get pool chairs. Easy comfortable setup of condo. Only small feedback is better pillows would be great but that is minor. If you’re driving you may want to bring your own. We would love to rent from Brock again and bring the kids next time. :)

Best condo in phase 2

High end designed condo with everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation from comfortable bedding to z gallerie dishes. The bunk bed room was a genius addition and optimal with teenagers. It was bigger than the photos. It also came with much appreciated umbrella and beach chairs. The patio bar and grill area was perfect for our night in. Loved our stay and will definitely be back to this condo. Exceeded our expectations.

Family stay on the 10th floor

We frequently go to Las Palomas and stay in a ground floor unit, this was our first time in an upper floor. It was very easy getting to the pool/ocean, the deck stayed nice and shaded all day, and the view was amazing. Oh! This one has a small electric grill on the patio.

Quick family getaway

Overall the experience was good. Location is perfect, layout of the unit was really nice. We didn’t use it, but the “bonus” room with the bunks would be great for additional children. Electric grill on the patio, though small was an excellent feature that I have not had in other rooms at the resort! Would have liked the couches to be cleaned of sand, and the floors were rather slippery but those were the only concerns with cleanliness. The big downside for us (everyone has their own preference) was the comfort of the bed in the main bedroom. The bed was extra firm and squeaky, just not very comfortable. I also found it odd that the thermostat (digital nest) was locked remotely during our trip. I understand that due to the humidity and high temp during our visit maybe they wanted to limit usage but why give us a day of controlling it then lock it without notice. There is a thermostat in the hall and main bedroom, but even set at the same temp the bedroom stayed hot and humid in comparison to the rest of the unit and other bedroom. Also odd, we found that the attic ceiling hatch in the front bathroom was open upon entering the unit, I was able to use a step ladder to close so not a huge deal just rather odd to find it open.

Great place to stay.

We have stayed at several condos in Las Palomas. This one had more then we needed. We cook every time we go and it was so nice to finally find one that had more pans then we needed. If I had to come up with one negative it was we couldn’t find any scissors 🤣 which was not such a bad thing we found some great knifes. Our kids 20 and 10 said this is the best condo we have stayed at in the 10 years we have been going down there. We will definitely rent this condo again.
