You'll find the sunny pleasures of Galveston awaiting in every direction at this single-story home, wonderfully situated less than a mile from the seawall and the beach. This is a place for swimming and surfing in the Gulf of Mexico by day and walking out to dinner each evening.
This home is located on the west side of the city, within walking or bike-riding distance of the beach to the south. You'll be equidistant from The Strand Historic District (less than three miles) to the east and both Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark to the west. The surrounding blocks are home to a number of great restaurants, casual eateries, and all sorts of conveniences as well.
Use the front steps to enter via the shaded front porch, a lovely spot to relax with your morning coffee and watch the neighborhood wake up. There's also an entry ramp in the fenced side yard, providing those with limited mobility an easier option.
The interior has been thoughtfully outfitted for a vacationing family, offering central air, a private laundry room, and an open layout that encourages time spent together. There's a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area for homemade dinners and evening board games, and a living room with a TV to screen your favorite movies. Additional features of the house include a primary suite with a TV, a kids' room that's paired with the guest bath, and high-speed WiFi.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
