✦Toilet Noise
Please keep in mind that the toilet has an electronic pump. So there is noise from the toilets from time to time!
✦No Cable:
We don’t have cable, but you can stream movies and videos with WIFI
✦Noise
The entrance is facing a relative busy street. So you will hear some street nosice. The unit is also attached to the main house. The soundproofing is pretty good but you still may hear them through the wall.
✦No Laundry
We don't have a washer and dryer on site but there are several laundromats <10min drive from here
✦Pets:
We love pets but only dogs are allowed. We charge a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay and no more than 2 dogs. Please watch them carefully as we will charge for any damages they make. Make sure you put covers under your pet if on furniture. We really don’t want to have “that conversation” with you if any damages we found after your stay.

Please double-check the House Rule section of the listing and make sure they will be followed.
Including:
✘ NO Smoking or Vaping or Marijuana inside or within 15ft of the property
✘ Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am
✘ Clean after your dog

Violation of the house rules is subject to hefty fines. Or worse, being reported to local authorities to move-out immediately.
