This COZY VILLA will give you the comfort and RELAX time you need!
Enjoy our ROOFTOP and POOL with BEACH VIEW. Near the property there are very good restaurants (usaully open weekends), if you like surfing,fishing,kayaking and mangroves this is the PERFECT SPOT.
Also in less than 5 min (by car) there is a boat ramp ,take your boat an hang out in Bahia Guayama

A Great place to practice Surf or Kite surfing,
LOVE NATURE??? We are in a mangrove spot where you can find from manatees ( depending on season PLAYA LIMONES 5min from Villa) thru gorgeous fishes (SNORKELING TIME)

VILLA is located in a very peaceful área not crowded beaches or party spot.

💥NOTE: EVENTS or GET TOGETHER have an EXTRA COST Fee up to 30 persons.

Note:

We protect security of our guests. For this reason we have installed a security system. There are also the following outdoor cameras in use:
1. Outdoor camera front door entrance (covering entry area ,pool,stairs and some parking area)
2. Outdoor road camera (covers palms &hammock area and parking)
3.Outdoor camera left side/back of the house (covers outside bathroom and patio/parking area )

The house has ALEXA devices for your entertainment in kitchen ( camera at ALL moment IS and NEED to be OFF is NOT ALLOW to activate at any time)

Awesome for weedings,parties or get togethers (extra charge) ASK FOR IT

We do also have an extra House next to this house for up to 8 more persons(if needed)

Good place for surf,kite boarding and snorkeling , also to enjoy great food nearby the property (weekends always open) weekdays around 2 or 3 restaurants you will find open.

Pet friendly (pet fee $55 up to 1)
