There's also an outdoor dining pavilion with grill and kitchen plus plenty of space for your entire group to spread out and relax. Breathtaking mountain views and towering palm trees add to the magic of this property, making it the perfect vacation paradise.

The yard extends to the back of the house where you'll find a fire pit lounge area. The side of the house features al fresco dining for up to 8 people, an outdoor sink and meal prep area, a gas BBQ grill, and hammock. There's also plenty of seating throughout the yard, giving you and your group plenty of space to spread out and relax. Add sweeping mountain views and you have a vacation paradise perfect for entertaining!

Each bedroom features hotel-quality mattresses and sheets, plus ample storage. The spacious Primary Suite has a King bed, a flat-screen TV, sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool, and fabulous mountain views. The ensuite bath has a soaking tub and a separate spa shower.
The second bedroom has a King bed, living area with a sofa and flatscreen TV, glass doors that give you direct access to the fire pit area, and an ensuite bathroom which is also accessible from the main hallway.
The third bedroom (Casita) has a Queen bed, desk, chair, and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom can be accessed from the Primary Bedroom or its own outdoor entrance with secluded seating.

Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day from October through May, and is automatically added to bookings during this time. No jumping in the pool is allowed. All guests must sign a liability waiver.
The City of Palm Springs has a 3-vehicle limit for parking overnight and no amplified noise is allowed outside the property. Your reservation will be immediately canceled without refund if we receive a citation from the city during your stay.
All guests are required to acknowledge and sign off on these expectations at check-in.
