Our condo has stunning water views where you can enjoy seeing the dolphins play in the bay or marvel at the fireworks at the 4th of July. The condo comes with a covered parking space, is steps from the pool, and the community has 2 pools, walking trail, a clubhouse, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a gym and a putting green as well as organized community social events, socials and trips.

Our condo is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home featuring two bedrooms, a full kitchen, 3 TVs, and a strong Wi-Fi connection. Master has a split king adjustable bed with ensuite bathroom with shower in a tub. 2nd bedroom has a twin with a pop up twin trundle that can make into a California King. The hall bath has a standing shower. Sofa makes into a Sealy Posturpedic bed. We also have a small washer and a dryer in the unit.

Walk to the Publix (grocery store), the Angry Pepper next door or to other nearby shops and restaurants. Enjoy some of the social events on the property planned by our Activities Director. The shopping and entertainment district (restaurants, movies) of Seminole is just a couple miles away. Additionally, our well-appointed condo is also conveniently located near popular attractions such as John's Pass Boardwalk as well as the pristine beaches of Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Treasure Island, and Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. The fine print: This condo is in Sea Towers, a safe and SECURE 55+ community with a 24 hour guard gate. While children are allowed with adults, the main renter must be 55+. Because of the safety and security, Sea Towers requires an application and background check to be completed along with a $100 application fee and $75 background check fee. At least one resident must be over the age of 55. Minimum rental is 90 days, and after booking we must have the rental lease approved by Sea Towers association. Lease will be sent over email.
