The Space

This cozy cabin features two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, along with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and thoughtful amenities designed to help you feel at home.

Outside, enjoy the private backyard with a fire pit, outdoor seating, and a large rolling gate that opens directly into a quiet neighborhood park—perfect for a morning walk, spending time outdoors, or giving your pup a little extra space to explore.

Please note that the home is located approximately two blocks from the railroad tracks. While most guests enjoy the peaceful neighborhood, occasional train noise may be heard during the day or night.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard.

Self check-in is simple using the keypad on the front door. A personalized access code will be provided before arrival, allowing you to check in anytime after 4:00 PM.

Located in Springfield's historic Washburne District, the cabin offers a quiet residential setting while remaining just minutes from restaurants, coffee shops, local boutiques, the University of Oregon, Autzen Stadium, and downtown Eugene.

Getting Around

The home's central location makes it easy to explore Eugene and Springfield by car, rideshare, bicycle, or on foot. The Washburne Historic District, local restaurants, and neighborhood shops are all within walking distance.
