This charming single-story lakefront cottage is in the Fairways Community of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort®. Fore SeaSuns is the perfect hideaway for a quiet retreat while being just minutes away from the many Sandestin amenities. Upon entering, you will feel at home in this bright and airy cottage with an open floor plan and lots of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space as well as a stainless-steel top prepping island. The dining table for 4 in a cozy area with bay windows is adjacent to the kitchen. The open-concept beach cottage offers an inviting living room that spills into the sunroom, a beautiful space to spread out and enjoy all year.
Unwind at Fore SeaSuns after your eventful day, relaxing on the deck beneath the shade of longleaf pines. The deck boasts a dining table, and loungers overlooking the lake with views of the golf course.
The sleeping arrangements offer ample space and can accommodate 4 guests. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The guest room offers a queen bed and en suite bath that features a walk-in shower. For your convenience, a washer & dryer are in the area to the left of the en suite bath in the primary bedroom.
Take the 4-passenger golf cart to the Resort beach access, one of two heated Resort swimming pools, or the nearby Baytowne Wharf for activities, dining, and shopping.
Catch-and-release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort. No fishing license is required.

Cottage with a View

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was better than average, but the golf cart was a plus. Was surprised that there was no welcome token. Not even a Keurig cup for a first cup of coffee. Nor salt and pepper a basic. Saw the largest cockroach and glad to have killed it. Lock combination changed by a software update but glad we were able to regain entry by calling the management company.

Our annual trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Sandestin for a very long time. This was the first time to stay on Audubon. It has everything you need to feel at home. We would definitely consider staying there again!

Best dock on the pond

Our party of 4 adult family members had a great stay! The shade afforded by the magnolia, pines and palms over the little pond was ideal! We had breakfast out there each morning. Multiple turtles would make a beeline for us as soon as they heard our voices. there is an extra table and chairs in the deck box, and some fishing rods, too. Very peaceful. Very quiet home, with an efficient ac system. comfortable bedding :). Enough room for everyone to spread out. water filter/ice in fridge was much appreciated several options for coffee starter supplies were ample, thank you for that. Golf cart was perfect also. There is a cover in the utility closet for the cart, in case it rains, to keep it dry for next time. We used the cart almost every day to tool around the complex, down to the beach or over to the shopping and restaurants near Publix The water heater was great, plenty of hot water for us to all take showers at the same time, and back to back and wash off the beach daily. Loads of towels for the bath areas. lots of closet space, and the laundry was great to have the living room TV is finicky, but we ended up streaming from our own phones. the back bedroom cable worked great, and we were able to watch a movie with (wow) NO commercials. Watch out for the random screw sticking up in the kitchen, near the dishwasher. Plenty of cookware. Dishes and glassware is a little light, but the dishwasher does the clean up, so not a problem.
