Planning a group getaway to the lake? Make this lakefront retreat your home for a waterfront vacation! Boasting plenty of space for the whole family, this spacious home comes complete with a boat dock you can use, so feel free to bring your own or rent one nearby! Take a stroll down the pier and have a blast jumping and diving into the gorgeous lake from the floating island. The volleyball net in the lake serves as the perfect way to spark up family-friendly competition. After a full day on the water, relax under the shaded patio and watch the Texas sunset or lounge in the sauna. There are also plenty of outdoor dining tables available for lakeside picnics! Take advantage of the lake for endless fun on and in the water! Fishing is allowed along the retaining wall and from the pier, so don't forget your tackle box. Rent boats and other watercraft from places like Splash Boat Rentals or Wave Chasers, each located within a couple of miles of home. Sample some local cuisine at one of the many restaurants in downtown Kingsland where you can also indulge in some retail therapy, or go on an exciting adventure and explore some unique underground hideouts at Longhorn Cavern State Park, less than 10 miles from your front door.

Inside, the Lone Star State is well-represented throughout the home's inviting decor. Plan and prepare home-cooked meals in the full kitchen and dine or enjoy board games together at the adjacent table. The sunny living area welcomes comfortable group gatherings, and a cable-equipped TV is available for casual home entertainment. Additional perks include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. Cornhole are also provided for outdoor family fun.

This home is not equipped with internet.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.



If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
