Steps away from the free shuttle bus, Manns Ranch Home is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Vail Village. It offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps seven guests.

Remodeled and nicely decorated, this townhome has a full kitchen for home cooked meals. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area, the perfect space to spend quality time with family and friends. There are also plenty of board games for game night!

In the Summertime, Manns Ranch Home is a short walk to Booth Creek Falls, one of the most popular hiking trails in Vail. The Town of Vail bus is free year-round and runs every 15 min in the Winter and 1 parking space is included.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Awesome location

This townhome is located in East Vail and is very close to the bus stop and great hiking trails. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Most homes in Vail do not have air conditioning so it was a bit warm during the day and early evening, but it cooled down significantly at night with the windows open. We also did not stay in the home during the day that much because we were enjoying all Vail and the surrounding area has to offer. Vail Butler provided great communication and recommendations (white water rafting, ATV tours, mountain biking, hiking and dining). We hope to go back next summer!

Amazing

This property has three large rooms with large beds and three full baths! We are the closest stop from vail village on the bus and if you’re gonna drive yourself it takes about 6 mins in the car. Great place to stay with friends or family! Full kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook from home and very clean highly recommend!

Annual family ski vacation

It is in a good area, bus easy to use. They need to check their cleaning crew. Found some garbage( not ours) under the beds when we were looking to make sure we didn’t leave anything. Also it sleeps 7 but there are only 6 chairs for meals around the table. It would be useful to have another chair. A folding chair would be fine but it was a challenge to have family meals together. The property manager was helpful telling us how to use the bus easily. The tone he used when we asked about getting a chair was not very helpful and and actually was not very civil. This is the first time that has happened with any of our VRBO rentals. We will still use VRBO. This one just needs a little more care for the house and the manager.

We market the property with 6 chairs for dining in the details and photos. New Years eve Cathy demanded we bring her another chair free of charge or else we would get a bad review. We dropped off the only chair Walmart had on New Years Eve around 5pm. New Years Day we woke up to a text message from her at 7:20am saying that the chair was not the right height and to come pick it up. We have over 120 properties in the Vail area and have never received a 3 star review until Cathy stayed with us. Vail Butler is always responsive and exceeds guest expectations on a regular basis. This guest was demanding, threatened us and very rude over the holidays. Not even a quick Happy New Year at 7:20am on New Years Day before she filed the complaint about the chair being too high.

Vail Trip

Nice property, but needs more channels on TV. We had to stream bowl games with our computer. Cable was local channels only, no ESPN. Kitchen needs more trash cans. Otherwise, very nice trip.

This condominium was very clean and comfortable.

This place was competitively priced with easy access to the bus stop for transportation to and from Vail Village. The rooms had very comfortable clean beds and large bathrooms to accommodate our crew. I would highly recommend this unit in the summer or winter. Very easy to work with management. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

A group of 5 stayed and really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and spacious floor plan with really good beds and bedding for a great nights sleep. I recommend this home!
