The new trail bike path runs right next to the community and can easily be reached from the existing walking/ bike path. The new path leads directly to downtown Lewes. It is the ONLY community in Delaware that also has a thriving commercial area that includes; 4 restaurants (Fishon, Arena's and Lighthouse Grill), Italian bakery, hair salon, grocery store, bank and CVS. With public transportation service available onsite, you can reach local beaches, towns, shopping and dining, all without getting in your car. Lewes Beach, Cape May- Lewes Ferry, and Cape Henlopen State Park are all within a 5 minute drive and a very close drive to Rehoboth Beach! Parking on site for 2 cars.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $285.20. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled.
