Escape to the perfect blend of privacy and luxury at Casita Bella AZ, a spacious and thoughtfully designed guesthouse nestled in Paradise Valley. Featuring a private entrance and with electric gate, this retreat offers both security and peace of mind, along with the convenience of self-check-in and check-out.

Indulge in the bright living room, complete with a sleeper sofa for additional guests, and prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Retreat to the bedroom, where a king-sized bed with cotton linens promises a restful night's sleep. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, a refreshing walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Unwind on the outdoor patio, which has a fire pit, BBQ grill, picnic table, and a four-person jacuzzi making it the perfect setting. The property is also equipped with an outdoor misting system to keep you cool on hot summer days, and a NEST heating and air system to ensure year-round. All windows and doors are Appointed with shades or blackout treatments. The prime location 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale also provides convenient access to numerous attractions, activities and restaurants.

For those traveling with furry companions, please ensure vaccination records prior to your stay. We are committed to your peace of mind and are happy to furnish our own pets' vaccination records. Our dogs are cherished members of our family and reside in a separate area of the property.

Best stay yet at a Vrbo! Charles & Glen are the most amazing hosts ever. The property and guest Casita is absolutely beautiful and we were so comfortable there. Everything we needed was there plus they go above and beyond with snacks/beverages, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and the best part is they allow animals so are two Labrador doggies absolutely loved it there! We will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family:)

The setting is beautiful, as is the casita. And the owner provided everything you can think of from kitchen gadgets I don’t even have at home to a great book collection. The bike riding in Paradise Valley is idyllic…if you like hills and interesting architecture.

We cannot say enough good things about Casita Bella and the host. The host is extremely easy to communicate with and so thoughtful, down to the last detail. The location cannot be beat. It is so conveniently located, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. After a day of adventures, returning to your private oasis is a joy. Enjoying a glass of wine around the outdoor fireplace is a perfect way to conclude the day while watching the Arizona sky above. Truly a lovely place to stay! (This was our second stay!)

Amazing Property

This property was absolutely amazing. From the private locked gate to the fantastic guesthouse, we loved everything about it. Charles and Glen were quick to get back to us and had some great suggestions on restaurants and things to do. We can't say enough about this property, with all of the little details, including a drinking water tap. It was a very private area and we felt secluded. We will DEFINITELY be back

Absolute Fantastic Gem

The owners are the most awesome people. We met on arrival and the Casita is beyond expectations. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It's located just far enough to be private and quiet. You arrive feeling like you are in your own home. It's very private and inviting. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The most amazing VRBO EVER!!

I cannot say enough about this property, and this host - Charles!! We have stayed at a LOT of VRBOs, and believe me when I say none have come close to this experience. The casita is beautiful, the location could not be better - never have I been anywhere with a greater density of amazing restaurants, and Charles - WOW! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was immaculate. Charles was an extremely gracious host. The entire experience met our expectations. Our daughter was able to visit with her small dog which was very important to us being they we only see her a few times a year. Charles made us feel welcome as well as our grand dog. Paradise Found!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful property in Paradise Valley for a week in February 2025. It was exactly as described and shown in the listing and was a fabulous home base for us while in Arizona.Charles (the host) thought of everything, right down to the silk pillowcases on the bed and the fresh Oleander stems gracing the kitchen and bathroom. It was well-appointed and we wanted for nothing. We were also surprised to have a welcome basket of various dry goods waiting for us upon our arrival.The grounds of the property were peaceful and private. We appreciated the private, gated entrance and parking immediately adjacent to the casita. There is a large terrace, partially covered, with super comfortable chaises and chairs overlooking the old horse corral. The gas firepit was such a lovely place to relax with a beverage and a book or magazine. (There were also some outdoor amenities that we did not use on this trip: private hot tub, picnic table, and gas grill.)Communication with Charles was easy and seamless, as were the check-in and check-out instructions.We hope to be back at this property in the future! It was perfect for our needs and centrally located to so many of our activities and interests. If you prefer quiet and private relaxation, this is the place!

Exemplary Host, Exceptional Stay

Charles was the best host we have ever had at any stay only to be matched with his beautiful casita. The communication was bar non as he checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of at all times. I just so happened to be in town for a medical visit in which Charles checked in on us and our well being and offering go above and beyond. So unexpected yet generous and kind of him. We couldn't have asked for a better host. He also gave wonderful dining suggestions which were much appreciated. The casita is fully stocked and exquisitely furnished. No corners were cut in the care he has taken to make sure everyone is comfortable in this guest house and it was noticed and valued. We were welcomed with fresh flowers throughout the house in addition to extremely clean and cozy amenities. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The full size kitchen is fully stocked and complimentary soda and water in the refrigerator was a welcome touch. It is close to old town Scottsdale with many options of things to do for night life and exploring. There are bikes provided so you can ride to the night life. There is also great hiking, museums, and other activities within minutes of the home. We always felt safe being able to park behind a private gate even though the casita is situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Arizona. It was always very quit which allowed the much needed rest I required. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the most wonderful stay at Don’s casita. The amenities were over the top, starting with fresh fruit from the orchard to dinner fixins for a pasta dish. Wow! My favorite was the quality of linens… top tier. I'm a towel snob and normally travel with ours from home, but no room on this trip so imagine my delight to find brand new Ted Baker bath towels. Felt like a dream after each shower. Also, Don(Charles) is a great guy and a very responsive host. We enjoyed getting to know him and learning about his amazing property. If you can find an open date, book it now. Don’t think twice because you won’t regret it.
