Pet friendly cottage located between the Ark & Creation Museum

Summary:
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Welcome to my newly remodeled cottage, conveniently located 20 minutes from the Creation Museum and 35 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Set on two acres, but only a 4 minute drive from a wide variety of restaurants, pharmacies, parks/playgrounds and a large grocery store. Relax and enjoy time away in a modern cottage that lives large with an open kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,200 square feet.

The Space:
All living spaces are on one level with one step (sidewalk to front porch) access. Maximum occupancy is 6, not including infants. Pets and parties are not permitted.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 has twin sized bunk beds and a queen sized bed with a full bathroom with a walk in shower in the hall.

Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed with a private full bathroom and a tub shower.

All beds are fitted with luxurious linens, multiple pillows (firm and soft) and extra blankets.

BATHROOMS
Bathrooms have towels, washcloths, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, dishes and flatware, as well as a full sized refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and the all important coffee maker and a french press. Coffee, sugar and creamer pods are also provided, but if you don’t want to make your own there are two Starbucks and a Dunkin Donuts a mere 3 minutes away:)

LIVING ROOM
Relax in the living room and enjoy the Roku TV with Netflix (guest’s log-in). Fireplace is non-functioning. Equipped with high speed Wifi and a desk for a peaceful dedicated workspace.

Games and books available or embrace your artistic side and leave us a creative note or picture on the chalkboard and share/tag us on your social media!

PET POLICY
We welcome friendly, well behaved dogs for an extra $100 flat fee. Maximum two dogs (no weight limit). No cats or other furry friends, please. We provide two dog bowls, a leash, a towel for cleaning feet and grocery bags for poop pick up.

1. Pets must be registered with your booking. A pet fee will be added post booking if pets have stayed.

2. Please NOTE: the back yard is NOT fenced, so please keep your dog on a leash at all times.

3. Pets are not permitted on the beds or furniture.

4. An extra cleaning fee will be assessed for excessive cleaning required because of pets and a fee will be assessed for any pet related damage.

5. Please clean up after your pet outside.

Cleaning Protocol: We pride ourselves on an exceptionally clean environment and follow CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing after each guest departure.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire house and grounds. Please do not attempt to enter the garage.

The garage apartment behind the house (not connected to the house) is set up for traveling nurses and may be occupied at the time of your stay.

A caretaker may be present on the property during your stay to take care of the lawn/maintenance issues.

Please note that the pond at the far end of the property belongs to the neighbor, so please do not use.

Keep dogs leashed at all times.

Other Things to Note:
No loud noise after 10pm as we have close neighbors.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the cottage is equipped with two exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior and there are no cameras on the inside.

Check-in is anytime AFTER 4pm (24 hour check-in is available via smart lock, but please let me know if you plan to arrive after 10pm.)

Check-out is by 10am.
