The Space:

Beach Club offers 7 bedrooms (6 with ensuite bathrooms), large kitchen and island for 6 people, breakfast nook, decorative fireplaces, 22-seat beach facing dining table, lounge, billiards room, cabin, veranda, beach facing balcony, deck, outdoor grill, outdoor 10-seat dining table, fire-pit, sauna, treatment room, gym. On top of all of this add a 12-seat movie theater and a club house with bar and games exclusively for your use!



Guest Access:

Beach Club guests have complimentary access to bikes and kayaks.

We are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible.



Early Check-In

Early check-in may be available depending on our cleaning and reservation schedule. When available, we are pleased to provide up to 30 minutes of early check-in at no additional charge. Earlier arrival may be available for $100 per additional hour and must be requested and approved in advance.



Late Checkout

Late checkout may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Any applicable charge will be communicated and agreed upon prior to approval.



Reservation Changes

Changes to the number of guests or pets, additional nights, or other reservation details must be requested and approved in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the request and the terms of the reservation.



Damage & Extraordinary Cleaning

Guests are responsible for damage to the property or extraordinary cleaning required beyond normal use. Any applicable charges or reimbursement requests will be handled in accordance with the terms of the reservation and, when applicable, the policies and procedures of the booking platform through which the reservation was made.



Payment of Additional Charges

Any approved additional charges will be processed through the applicable booking platform or through our secure reservation and payment system.

Rental Agreement, Pets & Events



Please note that, due to insurance requirements and local county regulations, a property-specific rental agreement must be completed prior to your stay.



Dogs are welcome, with a maximum of three pets per reservation. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per night applies. We kindly ask that pets be kept off furniture and beds.



Gatherings and events may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and must be requested and approved in advance. Approval is subject to applicable local regulations, property guidelines, occupancy restrictions, and insurance requirements. Additional event-related fees may apply and will be communicated prior to approval.
