Master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, all clean linens, a television, and en suite bath with a luxurious soaking tub. The living area couch transitions into a sofa bed for those extra guests where there is a television, access to a half bath, and an insanely beautiful view. This upstairs apartment has a spacious private deck overlooking the Kachemak Bay. There is a small set of stairs leading up to your private entrance from your separate parking area. Downstairs is a second apartment that has lovely long-term residents. Although children are welcome to stay with you, this home is not child-proofed and therefore is not considered safe and suitable for children.
