A Truly Lovely Home

A friend and I were visiting Columbia and the surrounding area, including Congaree National Park, for a few days in late April. We stayed at Ryan's home and found it matched the listing on the site very well. It is clean, pretty, comfortable, and has all the amenities listed (thanks for having both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, we used both!). The neighborhood is lovely, and the home is conveniently located to the National Park (about a 30 minute drive) and to much of the city. Ryan gave us some great restaurant recommendations, and we fully enjoyed our stay.The only recommendation we had concerned the tub/shower combo. As two ladies over 65, we felt a little bit insecure stepping into the tub with no bathmat and no grab bars. We are still steady on our feet, but others might not be -- and Ryan is too nice a host to have someone fall on his watch.

High School get together

Place was clean, in a nice neighborhood, comfortable and perfect for our get together. Needs a new can opener…we left the broken one on counter. But Ryan was awesome, gave us restaurant suggestions and things to do. Thanks for being a great host Ryan.

SC Vacation

We used this property as our base for exploring Congaree National Park and other sights in the Columbia area. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The host was very communicative and check-in/out was simple and smooth. Very nice accommodations!

Weekend escape

Our stay was great. The house was clean and so comfortable it almost felt like home. It was also conveniently close to everything. We will def be booking this cozy little house again when we come back to Columbia.

Nice Stay, Close to Fort Jackson

This was a great place to stay for graduation at Fort Jackson, a short drive to the base. It was very clean and well stocked. The host communicated well and provided a list of recommended restaurants in the area which we found helpful.

Relaxing Stay

Our stay in Columbia was to visit family and this house was the perfect place for our getaway. It was clean and relaxing and had all the accommodations needed. Ryan was great with communicating and made sure we were able to get in with no problem and that we had everything we needed.

Pleasant stay in Cola

Impeccably clean home. Although a duplex, other than their car leaving, we never heard or saw the renter in the adjacent side. One of the best stocked kitchens of any home I've ever rented. Every spice you could possibly need. Plenty of room for 2 people to be in the kitchen simultaneously. A very convenient location without a lot of traffic noise. A nice neighborhood.

My mom and I stayed here 4 nights while we attended family day and graduation at the Fort. The place was very cozy and perfect for our needs. The little home is filled with some of the essentials that made the stay even better. Thanks Ryan for us.

Quiet Location for a Getaway

Very nice area

I am a single mom of 2 teenage boys. Very nice safe area . Came to town for bootcamp graduation. Woke up to no power because of hurricane Helene . But the owner was awesome and allowed me extra time to pack in the dark. Which was awesome. Still had hot water . Very nice yard and just super nice owner . Hurricane Helene put a damper on our time but the owner was very gracious and understanding. Very clean , plenty of towels and necessities , had soap and toiletries also . Very impressed

Excellent Property

This VRBO property was perfect for my stay in town! It is clean and tidy, has all the amenities you need, and is an a quiet neighborhood. It is not far from grocery stores, shopping, dinning and it is easy access to the interstate. The host was responsive to all questions and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for what we needed

Stayed here for my son’s graduation from Ft. Jackson. It was 10mins away from base, perfect for my husband and I. Ryan was very communicative and responsive. Would stay here again if we’re ever in SC again!

Weekend stay for USC move-in

House was great, it was clean, nicely updated and decorated. Great neighborhood, quiet and safe. Great location to USC campus. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will stay there again.
