‘In the Still of the Night’ is in the foothills of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, America's most visited National Park. It is one of the top vacation destinations in the country. There are dozens of ways to have fun, including such unique attractions as Dollywood, museums, family-friendly shows, water parks and more. There’s several ways to make your vacation the best. In less than 20 minutes of driving you can arrive at the Crown Jewel of the Smokies: Gatlinburg. Gatlinburg is a charming destination nestled at the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It attracts millions of visitors each year. The town’s population is just under 4,000, giving it a nice mix of a tourist destination and small-town charisma. Come experience soaring mountains, Appalachian hospitality and local shops that reflect true mountain living.

Traveling by car is most definitely the preferred travel method. A walk to The Island is possible, but the roads are very steep.

Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft do exist, but the wait times might be longer than a larger city.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
