Beautiful apartment in Condominium Bahía Marina 1 with a beautiful visit in Bahía Fulladosa. The apartment has a beautiful and spacious balcony with a view of the sea and the countryside. The apartment has one bedroom and two full bathrooms. A kitchen and living area. Fully furnished, all new. In the room it has a queen bed and a bunk bed. So the total quota is 6 people. An extremely quiet and peaceful place. From Ferry, the property is 8 minutes in car and 45 walking.

Great experience. We enjoyed our stay, the view is beautiful and the host was very attentive. We were also able to borrow beach chairs and umbrella which was very helpful! Would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful place, Gia was extremely helpful and responsive. Great views, if you just follow her pin on the location, you can’t get lost! High pressure hot water for showers, love it (that’s hard to find in PR) Highly recommend, we will be back for sure.

Cute and Cozy!

We had an amazing time at Gia's place. A very clean, cute, and cozy place where you can come and relax after a long day at the beach.The view from the balcony is amazing! We all loved it! Perfect for my family and me. Gia was always responsive and very friendly. We Would love to come back to Gia's Coqui Beach Home.

Great view, wished we could have stayed longer. Owner was extremely nice and communicated constantly. They include many other services I didn't realize such as letting us borrow towels, beach gear like chairs or umbrellas as long as we return them in good conditions of course. Stay included any kitchen utensils needed which I had doubts on. It was an amazing and very relaxed stay

Great views

Nice and cozy apartment with spectacular views. The deck leading up to the apartment is in need of some repair and strengthening in some areas, but once you make it into the apartment, it is in great conditioned. The space was generous for being a small apartment. Only drawback was the underpowered A/C units, however it did not keep us from enjoying our time there. Gia was very attentive and responsive to all our messages.

Thanks Daniel for you're note! We have in agenda repair the deck. The wood deck receive a full sun and raining and is part of. Lost their wood color but is safe for my personal use and also our clients. Related the air conditioner, we stat the heat wave early, so maybe you feel different the cooler room. Anyway we have also change soon. Youre always welcome back! Thanks for youre 4 stars!

Just ok space. nice view of bay on the small deck off sliding door that was off the track. One shower did not work. tv remotes did not work. Light in bedroom turned into a strobe light, could not use. toilet off bedroom was not in proper working order. Space is small with too much stuff . Was nice and clean. plenty of beds for 5 or so.

Thank you for your review. We regret giving us only one star. The TV remote controls work very well. If you had notified us immediately of the situation, we would have sent you new batteries or had staff replace them. That didn't happen, and therefore we were unable to help you in a timely manner. The light bulb in the room could have also been fixed immediately given that your reservation was for several days. We sent it to be fixed upon your departure when you notified us. At the time of your checkout. The bathroom, the heater, and the pressure always work wonderfully. As other reviewers indicate, we explained how to correctly position it so that the water would be hot. In any case, we appreciate your review. The apartment has long been liked by many due to its decoration and its equipment. We regret that this was not the case for you. The apartment sleeps six people: a couple in a queen-size bed, one in a bunk bed, and two on a sofa bed. We have hosted many families and individuals over more than two years of short-term rentals. And most of them with excellent recommendations. We regret that you're the first and only one to share the comments, which we frankly find unfair. Thank you.
