Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach access is not for older people, the walkway should go all the way to the beach. Ocean views is not possible everything is over grown. As far as house there is hot water in only one bathroom. Loved the porch.

Charming house on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice property with three large bedrooms and an enormous screened in porch where we had meals and morning coffee. It is old, but everything was clean and in good shape. It was well furnished but I would recommend adding a grill for cooking and beach chairs, towels and umbrella. The property is on the beach, which is screened by vegetation. Because of the stairs leading to the living space, and the need to cross beautiful dunes to get to the beach, I would not recommend this to someone who is mobility challenged. It is perfect for a family, and for entertaining.

Beach house

House was clean. Furnishings were a bit dated but attractive. Neighborhood was quiet. Restaurants were within walking distance. Kitchen sink leaked onto floor.

A Very Cute Cottage - but......

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage is quaint and well decorated. The screened in porch is amazing. The cottage offers direct access to the beach on a boardwalk! It's a bit of a walk - but we loved it! There were four of us and plenty of room HOWEVER, one of the 2.5 bathrooms is in the basement storage area. We opted for using the one shower on the main level and adjacent to the bedrooms. We made it work - but it was not what we expected based on the description. The kitchen is spacious and has PLENTY of plates and mugs - but no sheet pans, pizza cutter, colander or toaster. This made it a challenge to cook even basic things like pasta and pizza. It would have been nice to have a TV in the living area (the two TVs are in bedrooms) Overall we enjoyed the stay (especially that porch and access to the beach!) but would recommend with hesitation.
