Excellent proximity to the beach! The condo was updated and beds very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend. However I'm personally not sure if I would do a third floor walk up (4 flights) again with these old knees!

Cozy condo in a great location

The property's location was great! The property is 2 blocks from the beach and Main St. The inside of the property was very nice and was found to be comfortable and very clean. Comments made by others about having to climb three flights of stairs (no elevator), limited stocking of the kitchen, and the poor condition of the flooring in the screened-in porch were all found to be true. Also, the fan/light in one bedroom did not work and was not fixed during our stay. Hand soap was not provided, so be sure to bring some with you. Everything else we needed was provided, and we were pleased with the quality of the towels/bedding.

Great stay

Great condo! Could use some minor updates on screen doors and patio chairs, but other than that everything was wonderful! Updated kitchen and flooring, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice as well! Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Never again

I’ve been renting in Myrtle for 35 years sometimes twice a year. This was the worst!! Was down there when the U. S. OPEN was being played,the NBA finals and the NHL finals. I was not able to watch any of it on living room tv. It is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator which we knew but it is actually 4 sets of stairs because of parking below units. Hard to park and open doors if you have a truck. Would not recommend if you are doing a week stay we were booked to stay until Friday but left Wednesday to go home.

Great location

This unit was very nice for our family of four, very clean, and in a great location one block from the beach with all kinds of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom, which was nice. One item to note is that the unit is on the third level and it would most likely be too much for anyone with physical limitations to make it up and down comfortably. Overall, this was a great little place and we would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and centrally located

The place was clean and well appointed. Nice bathrooms and kitchen, with a nice sitting and dining area. It’s centrally located near Main Street and a block from the beach. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable (possibly memory foam?), and the powerful ceiling fan kept me cool. Overall, I slept better than I sometimes do on the road. I would advise guests to read the latest on whether the unit has WiFi and cable. It did not when I visited, but I knew that going in. So therefore it didn't hamper my visit but people should know waht to expect.

Inaccurate VRBO Losting - does not have wifi or cable

VRBO listing did not specify no cable and wifi. The listing is managed by a third party (VACASA). We learned about the no cable and no wifi a week before our stay. Light bulbs needed replacing in the kitchen. No blankets for the pullout sofa. No spices including salt/pepper. There was mold on the shower curtain. We could have overlooked the other small issues had the original listing specified no wifi and cable.

Cute place with lots of issues

Great location, decorated very CUTE! I'm not confident the place was cleaned before we arrived - dirty dishes in the cabinets/drawers, hair in the bathtub, bath mat filthy, small / sharp metal shavings all around the welcome mat at the entrance. Wifi: There is ZERO wifi here. We wouldn't have booked had we known this enough in advance to find another place. These days wifi is a basic essential and if you are advertising it - it should be there. Other issues: The front door screen was bent and broken. The shelving in the front bathroom was coming out of the wall. The closet door in the front bedroom was completely out and was leaning against the wall. The towel rack in the back bathroom was coming out of the wall. LED lights in kitchen - didn't work. Bamboo flooring on the patio was warped and coming apart under a rug. This is advertised as a place that sleeps up to 6 b/c of the sofa bed. BUT there were NO sheets or blankets for the sofa bed so we were unable to use the it - which meant my kids had to share a bed. The bathroom towels that were provided - the first day when taking a shower the towels were so cheap that when drying off - they left fabric residue all over our wet bodies. I had to go over to the Walmart and buy our own towels because they were so bad On day two my son was walking in the living room and stepped on something very sharp on/in the carpet - there was a rusty screw embedded in the carpet. We were very lucky it did not puncture his skin.

Condo is conveniently located within walking distance of many downtown venues. The unit is on the third floor so be prepared to climb three flights of stairs. Overall, the condo is in good shape and no particular major deficiencies although the outside deck furniture needs to be replaced.
