Nyevana Beach House - Oregon Beach Vacations

Nyevana is located in the desirable Nye Beach area of Newport, across from a park with a playground that children love. Restaurants, shops, and easy beach access are all just a couple blocks away!

This 2 bedroom / 2 bath home was built in 1905, but has been completely remodeled combining the charm of a historic house with the comfort of modern amenities. Walk up a flight of stairs to reach the front door, then step inside this friendly and welcoming home. You will find yourself in a cozy, light-filled living room with plenty of windows offering glimpses of the ocean. Preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen will be a breeze. Guests will love the thoughtful extras like waffle maker, coffee maker with Chemex pour-over option, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, 6-qt Instant Pot, and Vitamix blender.

Past the kitchen, you will find a sunroom that overlooks the backyard - a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, or relax with your favorite book.

After a long day of exploring all the fun to be had in Newport, you will love returning to your home away from home where you can relax on the comfortable sofa and stream from your favorite service. Other entertainment options include high-speed WiFi access, a Wii-U gaming system, board games, toys, and books - perfect for those rainy coastal days or nights.

Downstairs you will find both bedrooms, one with a California king-size bed and the other with a lovely queen-size bed. Each of these rooms comes with its own TV. The sunroom upstairs has a daybed with trundle as well, though tight on space. Two full bathrooms offer either a walk-in shower, or a tub/shower combo - perfect for a post beach soak for the kiddos. There is also a laundry area that will come in handy after a few days spent at Nye Beach. Additional highlights include a washer and dryer, pack and play, high chair, and a fenced in back yard.

Fun Weekend House

We stayed for the weekend. It was lovely. We were close to all the things we like to do in Newport. The house was very clean and had what we needed to sleep and relax.

Nice weekend getaway

Great little place fpr the family to relax and be close to the beach!! Great amenities. The wagon of sand toys for the kids was great, and the chairs made it nice to enjoy the beach! Close to great food and shops and the litte parks across the street was good too!! All in all great stay for some R & R and way better than a Hotel!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

There are multiple reason why I am leaving a not good review. Never had left a bad review but for this being a part of a rental company I would have expected better. The first big downside was that we were delayed our check in by a couple hours which caused us to have to pay for another day of rental on a car. When we contacted the number listed through the site they had no information to give and would not help with our situation. When we got into the rental the place was visibly dirty, had ants roaming around, unlike listed on the site, they did not provide the basics (ie. kitchen trash can liner). When we tried to use the washing machine we kept getting error codes. We contacted the number listed in the rental about the issue and never heard back. This caused us to spend more than $20 in laundry fees. If we knew the rental didn’t have a working washing machine then we would not have booked because we were coming from a family reunion and going straight into another family vacation. We will not be booking again through them on any of their rentals. If you list a contact number then you need to make sure someone will respond…

Great location near the beach

The property was set up great for going to the beach. Nice little touches like a wagon, sand toys, beach chairs and beach towels make the experience more convenient. We loved the Nye beach area with many great restaurants in walking distance and fun attractions a short drive away.
