Enjoy our little piece of heaven on the river! Located in the beautiful Moovalya Keys gated community, our home has its own private dock located on a canal leading to the glorious Colorado River and all the Parker Strip has to offer. Relax on our large deck and float in the canal, or take your boat out to wakeboard and tube on the river. Our place has three bedrooms, including a large master bedroom, and two bathrooms. Four parking spaces are available on site and we offer one parking pass to park a trailer or additional vehicle in the guest/community spaces in the HOA.

We are dog friendly! $50 per pet per stay with prior approval and completion of pet agreement. All TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, HBO Max and Disney Plus for your enjoyment. Our kitchen is stocked! Toaster, blender, crockpot, lots of pots and pans, measuring cups, ect. for your use. We also have a traditional drip coffee pot, as well as a Keurig with a small, starter pack of kcups provided.

We provide a high chair (baby seat that can be affixed to dining chair), a baby gate, pack and play, as well as beach towels and some board/card games.

You also have access to our washer and dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Our family purchased this home in 2020 and completely renovated it. Now we’re thrilled to share a place that brings us so much joy and family memories. :)
