Beautiful large 6 bedroom corner home with Lake Tetonka boat access capable of sleeping up to 18. The public beach is a 200 yard walk over a wooden bridge that crosses the beginnings of the Cannon River. Close to downtown and to Sakatah State Trail for biking and hiking. Many lakes close by for fishing and boating. Small hometown feel. Also close to largest waterpark in southern Minnesota less than 1 mile away at Kamp Dels. There is a dock, lakeside fire pit, and 6 kayaks available. We also have a 660 square foot game room above the garage complete with sofa bed, love seat, billiard table, card tables, air hockey, and a 1952 wood rail pinball machine. Bring your swim suits, pool cues, life jackets and enjoy!

Perfect property for our family reunion. Great accommodations for a large group - so many beds and rooms, great kitchen with lots of utensils including some large ones, lots of space, etc. We loved having the variety of watercraft for the families to enjoy, and the nearby beach was perfect. We had a group of 11 friends in town to check out the biking trails. The location was perfect, great view of the lake, and minutes from local restaurants. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The deck was our favorite hangout.

This property was perfect for our larger crew. Greg was amazing with the communication and was unbelievably responsive to anything that needed attention. Above and beyond. There were a couple items that needed attention in the game room, but he addressed them within minutes. The kayaks, paddle boat, and canoe and fire pit were an absolute blast for the kids. Larger coffee cups in the kitchen would be a nice addition. There were many post it notes with tips/instructions that were helpful but a little overwhelming. I kept getting nervous the notes would fall off and get lost. Overall, couldn’t have asked for a more responsive host! It was perfect for our family vacation!

Enjoyable multi-family get away! Our family ranges in age from 65 to 1, and this house provided comfort for all. We spent a lot of time in the well stocked kitchen, on the large back porch and yard area playing yard games and out on the canoe and kayaks! Life jackets and paddles were all provided. The game room was amazing and well used. While the game room air conditioner struĝgled to cool, the rest of the house was exceptionally comfortable during the hot days of July.We spent many days at the nearby beach with our grand kids and even one day at Kamp Dels Waterpark. The nearby town of Waseca has a Walmart which we frequented for supplies.Thanks, Greg, for the opportunity to rent such a lovely home.

Overall our stay was great! It was our own fault for not reading the description better, but the house does not have 8 bedrooms as advertised, but he did explain that in the description. Just be sure to read it if you're actually needing 8 bedrooms. Overall nice and welcoming.

Greg was an excellent host, responsive and great attention to detail. Our large group, including 4 families with multiple kids ages 2-15, had plenty of space to sleep and play inside. The game room was a nice addition and we used some kayaks and the paddle board. We were able to access local amenities easily (5 min walk to the swim beach, 5 min drive to the state park and into town to some restaurants and parks). The biggest downfall to us was that we hadn't realized that the house is not directly on the lake; we had to walk across a road to get to that area and the dock. We didn't use the fire pit at all because we had kids in the house and it was too far away. We also didn't fish much for this reason.

My family spent Thanksgiving weekend together in the house and it was amazing! Not only was the house itself everything we could have wanted, but Greg went above and beyond. The house was fully supplied, more kitchen tools then we have seen in other nightly rentals. Although we were there for a quick family trip in the winter...we enjoyed what we could. So no reviews on the outdoor activiites. It was appropriate and roomy and had extra blankets and pillows too. Host did a great job communicating with us.

This is a great family vacation destination! We were looking forward to kayaking. I expected only two kayaks. What a surprise to find six kayaks available for our use! We spent many hours kayaking, not to mention spending time in this beautiful house. I highly recommend this property.

My name is Greg Wilmes, and I own and operate P, B, & J Rental (named for my 3 children [Peyton, Brooke, and Jon] located in Waterville, MN. I grew up here on Lake Tetonka resort property my parents purchased back in the 1960s. After graduating from Waterville-Elysian High and St. Olaf College, I taught and coached for 10 years at Minnewaska Area and STMA High Schools. I then moved back to Waterville to purchase some of my parents’ property and started a residential construction business. The first garage and home I built is the one you’ll be enjoying when you come stay with us in Waterville! I love sharing our beautiful and nostalgic little town with anyone looking for a good time and beautiful lakes, trails, and people. Welcome to Waterville and our twin lakes—Tetonka and Sakatah.

Our rental home offers 6 (actually 8 separate sleeping spaces) bedrooms that comfortably sleep 12-18 people, a 700 square foot game room above the detached garage, and lake views and access to beautiful Lake Tetonka (with private boat/pontoon
landing) and Lake Sakatah where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and boating. We also have a public beach right around the corner, and easy access to the Sakatah State Park and Sakatah State Trail. Kamp Del’s also offers day passes to the largest outdoor water park in southern Minnesota just 1 mile away from our home.
