You can enter this unit through the front door using the smart keypad. You may also enter through the garage.
We will be available to communicate with you about questions you may have about the unit/stay, any additional accommodations you may have and ultimately any emergencies that may come up during your stay.

There are also several parks in the area, including Montview Park and Moorhead Park, which offer green space and recreational opportunities.

Some of the popular eateries in the area include the Jamaican Grill, La Cueva Restaurant, and Taqueria Los Gallitos. There are also several grocery stores nearby, including a King Soopers and a Walmart Supercenter.

- Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property.
- Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness.
2. Property Care
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the property. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.
Pet Policy:
- No Pets Allowed: Please note that we do not cater any pets in the property.
- Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
- Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.
We can also accommodate early check-ins whenever the property is ready and no issues are present. We update our guests on any possibility of an earlier check-in!
